Die Anreise mit dem Auto war sehr unkompliziert und das Hotel ist gut zu finden. Klasse Lage in ca. 5 Gehminuten am Arno und ca. 10 Minuten am Ponte Vecchio. Das Hotel liegt in der 3.Etage. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Deutsches Fernsehen ist eingeschränkt verfügbar. Aber man kommt nicht zum Fernseh schauen nach Florenz. Das Frühstück ist klasse!!!! Rund um eine schöne Destination.

Outstanding location, amazing breakfasts, spotless rooms and very friendly staff. So glad I found this place!! It was nice to have a smaller hotel so the staff was always there for us and very helpful. I will stay here again and again.

The check in process was easy and staff friendly. The room was very large and beautiful. At one time this building was one home so the room had very high ceilings with lovely paintings. We had a sofa lounge area and a separate area that had a large round table and four chairs. The bed was comfortable. The room was bright and light. The bathroom was very large and had both a shower and tub. The location is in a residential area which gives a great flavor the neighborhood but it is also a 10 minute walk to the area of Florence that has all the big attractions so we could walk everywhere. Nice assortment of restaurants nearby. There is an elevator that will hold about 4 people or 2 with luggage. The breakfast offering consisted of pastries, sandwiches, fruit and cereal plus coffee/tea. The property is not staffed at night but you have a fob that let's you get into the building and up to the floor.

Beautiful boutique hotel (9 suites) very close to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. We were upgraded to a larger suite which was lovely. Only stayed the one night so because we had to leave earlier than their breakfast time they made us a latte to go with croissants and yogurt. Very nice staff. The architecture of this beautiful Renaissance building inside is just what you want when visiting Florence. Unfortunately it was Saturday night and even though we were 3 floors up, we could hear the partying going on all through the night. Perhaps better soundproofing on their windows would be a good idea.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My husband and I were in a horrible Vespa accident while we were in Florence. We were on our way out of Florence so we did not have a place to stay after being discharged from our overnight stay in the hospital. Palazzo Martellini had an available room and let us check in early as we were coming straight from the hospital. They were beyond hospitable. They offered to help with anything and everything. I am forever grateful that they helped us in our time of need. The breakfast was solid, the room was beautiful, the location was perfect. It's not in the touristy area but right on the other side of the river so close to everything/truly ideal location.

What a fantastic location!! Georgio was so helpful with everything. Met a nice couple here too. I would recommend it for sure. Wonderful shops, restaurants and coffee place close by. The Arno is super close!!

Everyone going to Florence should stay here! This was my partner’s first trip to Italy and for months I had been raving about Italian hospitality. This was the first stop on our trip and was the best possible example - the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everything you want to see but nicely tucked away from the crowds and overly touristy areas. The hotel doesn’t have a sit-down restaurant but they do offer breakfast which looked lovely (my partner and I aren’t big breakfast people so didn’t partake). I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were so taken with the owners that we felt compelled to get them a parting gift - the whole time we were there it felt like we were being welcomed into their home. I’ll say it again: anyone going to Florence should absolutely stay here!

Encantados! Todo el personal es súper amable, nos atendieron con mucho cariño. El desayuno es muy completo, sin resultar excesivo. Todo muy limpio y con mucho detalle. La localización es muy buena. A 2 minutos del Ponte Santa Trinita y 2 minutos del Palazzo Pitti. A 5 minutos de la Galería Uffizi y a 15 de la Catedral. Zona llena de restaurantes y bares muy agradables. Si vuelvo a Florencia, volveré allí.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Palazzo Martellini solo per una notte. Tutto impeccabile! Si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare a piedi Firenze, a soli 8 minuti dagli Uffizi. Abbiamo dormito nella suite, stupenda! Gentilezza, ospitalità, pulizia, eleganza degli spazi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
