Kudos an die freundliche Mitarbeiter, die unsere Buchungsfrage gelöst! Aufgrund unserer Flugannullierung haben wir uns nicht gezeigt, unsere Hotelreservierung und an einem Tag später angekommen. Dank der Empfangsperson war sie so beherbergend und verständlich und konnte die Unterkunftsfrage lösen. Sie gab auch genaue Anweisungen zu Bahn- und Buszeiten/Orten.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. Typischer guter Novotel-Standard. Haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg von Bayern nach Neapel genutzt. Die Lage nahe der Autobahn war hierfür perfekt. Da wir früher als erwartet ankamen, sind wir nachmittags noch zum Sightseeing in die Innenstadt aufgebrochen. Auf Empfehlung der Rezeptionistin mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. zum Flughafen. Knapp vor der Einfahrt in des Flughafengelände gibt es einen Park and Ride-Parkplatz an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle ”Guidoni” (Parkgebühr € 1 ,- wenn man ein Straßenbahntickt hat). Von dort mit der Tram direkt in die Innenstadt. An den Hotel-Zimmern, der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gab es nichts wesentliches zu bemängeln. Der kleine hoteleigene Pool war leider aus Hygiene-Gründen (wg. Corona) gesperrt... ist verständlich und dem Hotel nicht anzulasten. Allerdings ließ das Frühstück absolut zu wünschen übrig: Corona-bedingt gab es kein Buffet, sondern Bedienung am Tisch und letzteres war leider wirklich schlecht organisiert: lange Wartezeit, keine schriftliche Übersicht, was man ordern kann und Personal, dass nur bruchstückhaft englisch spricht... das führte letztendlich zu einem wirklich unbefriedigenden ”Frühstückserlebnis”...

Positive Erfahrung, besten Preis-Qualität in der Stadt Florenz, sauber und sauber Zimmer , bieten auch ein Trinkwasser für willkommen.

Sehr geräumig , hervorragende Empfang und sofort verfügbar. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Lage, buchstäblich nahe der Autobahn, bequeme Straße!! . Ein ziemlich geräumiges Zimmer. Das komplette Bad mit Komfort. Letzte Sünde das Dusche Wasser war nicht sehr stabil, ständig wechselte die Temperatur von warm zu kalt und kalt zu heiß, Sie waren mehr mit Wasser streiten als duschen.

Das Gästezimmer ist sehr sauber, aber ich habe ein Gästezimmer von 19 Quadratmetern reserviert, aber es fühlte sich nicht so groß, und ich habe ein Doppelbett reserviert, aber es waren zwei Einzelbetten gesäumt.

Hotel de diseño moderno y funcional. El hotel no está en el centro, está más cerca del aeropuerto, que del centro de la ciudad. Tienes un tranvía (número 2) a 3 minutos andando que te lleva hasta el centro (unitá), y que pasa por la estación de Sta. Maria Novella. Si es como nuestro caso, un viaje con no mucho tiempo de antelación en fechas muy concurridas (semana santa), puede ser una solución a la escasa disponibilidad del centro, aunque tampoco va a ser barato si hay una alta demanda. Las habitaciones son de un tamaño correcto, el estándar de unos 15m2 que encontramos en muchos hoteles. La decoración es moderna y funcional, y su limpieza es muy buena. Las camas eran cómodas y bastante amplias. En la habitación cuentas con todo lo necesario: buen wifi, una nevera, hervidor de agua... El personal del hotel es amable y servicial, especialmente el chico de barba que atendía por la tarde noche. Todavía recuerdo nuestra charla sobre la manera de tom**** las normas de circulación de los italianos. La zona, es una zona residencial y en la que se no se aprecian ruidos y molestias por las noches. En la zona hay varios supermercados (un lidl y un carrefour al lado) y varios sitios para comer algo. El restaurante movida, a 5 minutos a pie, es recomendable para comer una pizza

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Sie können auch mit einer Straßenbahn vom Busbahnhof kommen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und ich schätze es, dass auch Gäste im Schlafsaal Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Handtücher und Handtücher kostenlos nutzen können.
