Checked in late for an overnight stay, and it was brilliant. Lovely rooms, well appointed and clean, excellent location, with views of the bay. Friendly check in staff. Dinner and drinks at the hotel was great, good range, excellent venue and fantastic food. Plenty of off street parking for the Harley, but not a fan of gravel carparks. Great place to stay.

Ankunft im Resort/Hotel um 2 Uhr. Wir nahten den Anschluss an und wurde von Celia begrüßt, nach kurzer Zeit, als Celia in der Mitte eines Anrufs war, erhielten wir einen formaleren Begrüßung. Nach einer kurzen Interaktion kamen die Zimmerschlüssel über den Anlauf mit klaren Anweisungen zur Parkplatz-Aufzugsstelle und alle anderen relevanten Informationen. Das Zimmer war 5007 im oberen Stock. Präsentation und Größe des Zimmers war ausgezeichnet. Ich werde einen Tag zurückkommen und sicherstellen, dass die folgende Sache nicht eine Frage ist. Das einzige negative, das ich über das Hotel geben kann, war, dass ich nicht alle Bedürfnisse brachte

Durch seine Website und die Online-Werbung über TripAdvisor und Booking.com es stellt als Resort. Nicht so, denn es ist ein Motel. Ich würde ihnen das geben, es ist ziemlich gut für ein Motel. Es gab jeden Tag Zimmerservice, um das Bett zu machen, die Handtücher und Ausstattung zu erfrischten und es wurde diskreet und schnell gemacht, nachdem wir alle verließen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Kontrolle war einfach. Insgesamt jedoch ein Motel, aber nicht das, was ich unterschrieb. Ich fühle mich durch ein gutes Webseitendesign irre und ich war enttäuscht, ein Motel statt ein Resort zu finden. Die freundlichsten Manager, die jemals aus ihrem Weg ausgegangen sind, um hilfreich zu sein. Mein Frau und ich (Renten) blieben 4 Nächte in einer zweizimmer-Einheit; Schlafzimmer und Lounge-voll Küche. Alle geräumig und sehr sauber mit viel Zimmer (auch für Paare mit zwei Kindern). Es gibt einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Pool und eine BBQ; alle Familienfreundlich. Diese Einheit ist vollkommen fahrradfreundlich; keine Schritte vor der Tür. Mein Handschuhrad wechselte leicht um die Lounge und ich habe leicht Zugang zu der Toilette und Dusche (Dusche mit Dusche, Wandbaren im WC und Dusche). Ein TV im Schlafzimmer sowie ein im Loungeraum; das ist praktisch. In praktischer Hinsicht hatten sie sogar die Geräte, um die Reifen auf meinem Rollstuhl zu pumpen. Bequem für alles gelegen, aber für diejenigen von uns in manuellen Rollstuhl - außerhalb des Motelsplatzes, Cowes ist ein Hügelbereich.

We stayed here at short notice after our flights were cancelled to go to Queensland so it was a spur of the moment booking. Neither my partner or I are into golf so we didn't take advantage of perhaps the biggest attraction to the resort. The main building and restaurant were lovely and the room we stayed in was amazing with a great view across the fairways. Perhaps the only disappointment was that on check in we were given a room hidden away at the back of the resort which wasn't what we booked for. On coming back, it became apparent that the reception staff assumed we were checking in for a 'dirty weekend', hence the room change. For the first time ever, I had to sign an agreement that if we made too much room, I would agree to be moved to another wing. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay.

Wir gingen mit einer anderen Familie und zusammen hatten wir drei 6-jährige Mädchen. Wir liebten die Fähigkeit, einfach nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Strand und auch wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Pool und Außen spa. Der Pool/Spa ist ein Präfekt für Erwachsene und Kinder, die zusammen genießen. Ich habe dort fast zwanzig Jahre geblieben und vor einigen Jahren habe ich auf einer weichen Mattress geblieben, aber ich bin froh, dass dieses Mal alles perfekt war. Die Zimmer sind so weich, sauber und haben alles, was wir brauchen. Der beste Teil, den ich über den Aufenthalt in Kaloha genießen kann, ist das Frühstück auf den bbqs am späten Morgen zu kochen, während die Kinder rund umlaufen können und genießen das Spielfeld oder Jumping Schloss.
