Good location. Friendly staff. Room was large with a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. Lots of parking in the area and all free. Only slight drawback was the atomiser in the bathroom which was very pungent. We hid it in a cupboard and all the as fine after that. Would definitely use this hotel again if I returned to Fleetwood.

Lovely to stay again at this seafront hotel overlooking the Marina gardens and Morecambe Bay in the distance.Eric and Donna who own it always make us feel very welcome and checking in ,you are surrounded by antique style artifacts which adds to the hotel's charm.Our room up the flight of stairs had some stunning views of the Wyre estuary opposite which is only a short walk away from the hotel.The tram and bus stops are only a few minutes walk away for journeys into Blackpool and Lytham St Annes.

Well first of thanks you guys ace. And the best stay could of asked for. But definitely much more than that when my partner double booked a couple of week ago. By mistake. And what you did for us was special. Greatly appreciated. You told us to come back and you would make the issue right even though it was our mistake. But not just done that you even gave what we believe to be the best room with the best sea view with a full window bay. Lovely really clean rooms. What ever we asked of you really went the full hog to make our stay the best. Love all the quirky furniture. And the smells lovely all around the hotel. But not only that you also made us a breakfast for free too. But it was a really nice breakfast top notch. Anyway thanks for being so nice. Love your place and you and your team massive respect. Will be where we stay when visiting family there. Great job.x

I’m a little late writing this review, as a lot has happened for us. First I would like to thank the lovely couple who run this lovely hotel. We were there for 2 nights, sadly for my sister in law’s funeral. Nothing was to much for them. It’s a small hotel but very welcoming, it has a lively atmosphere. The room was large and very clean. It not an ultra modern hotel, but we didn’t want that. It has a pretty outside area, which is open to all guests. It also directly on the promenade, nice for walks and getting out and about. The breakfast was the best cooked breakfast we have had in a hotel. Great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt , cereal and pastries. This was our first visit to this hotel and coming from Fleetwood, it really was a great surprise. Would I go back. Yes we would and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean warm comfortable place to stay.

Visited for two nights over the Easter break. Hotel was immaculately clean, nice touch of an Easter card and a small bag of chocolate to welcome us. Room was just missing a couple of glasses and a tray for the cups and spoons. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and breakfast was amazing. Many of the guests were regulars which is always a good sign. Very good value, would definately return

This was a beautifully kept place, absolutely immaculate. Decor was lovely, beautiful relaxing front room, very bright & fresh. Lovely breakfast,great choice & generous size great dining area & comfortable bar to have a drink in. The garden was fabulous , pristine, lit up at night. This couple pay attention to detail & cleanliness is outstanding.owners & staff very friendly, can’t do enough to make your stay pleasant. We stayed in a sea view room ( king bed) it was immaculate but smaller than I expected, but there are bigger rooms I believe, & when I go again I will check for a bigger room, if there isn’t one available it won’t put me off staying again. It had everything you need & well organised in the room, coffee, tea etc, shampoo,soap… Plenty of free parking available. Lovely
