My experience with this hotel is a completely disaster. I arrived 00:30 in the morning and saw a note on door saying check-in stops at 10pm, which is un-heard of. Is there any hotel that stops service in the night? What kind of hotel it would be?
No one was at the reception. I called the number they left on the note, twice, no one answered. Knocked the door for 10min, no one showed up.
I cannot find a place to sleep in the middle of night as all hotels around happened to be fully booked at that time. In the end I spent my night on a couch in the airport.
Then the hotel refuses to refund. Saying that they have tried to contact me, and there was people at the reception. It is 100% a lie. Why can’t I get in if someone is there? Why would I took a photo of your note if someone was there? Why would I call twice at 00:43am and 1:23am if someone was waiting for me? I asked for evidence that they tried to contact me. They cannot show any. They just wouldn’t give my money back even if I have to spend my night on a couch.
There is no need to argue with the hotel anymore. I have proof and they don’t. It is as simple as that.
For anyone who is thinking about this hotel, please be careful. If you don’t make the hotel before 10pm. Good luck, as you may have to spend your night in some place funny.
