Hotel San Giorgio

Room was deluxe. I would recommend paying the price. View was astounding. Food delicious. Close walk to heart of town. Tiny elevator. Difficult to get bags up the hill to The hotel. If your are claustrophobic this might not be for you. Staff was lovely and helpful.

This was my 3rd visit to San Giorgio. Previous visits w my husband, this was a "Girls Trip". The hotel has everything you could possibly need. Staff that are always available and kind! Heaven Spa which is amazing w or w/o treatments, as well as a roof solarium. The location easily allows you to get to town "piazza", the actual Fiuggi Terme and all shops by foot. The room is ok! Nothing grand, but has all you need (maybe bring a couple of hangers if u hang your clothing). Full double and single hang closet w shelf, safe and drawers for intimates. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and water boiler w instant coffee and tea provided. Room has desk and TV. Each side table has an electrical plug for charging. We stayed in 210 and our small but nice balcony w small table and 2 chairs overlooked the solarium as well as the hotels garden. The bathroom has a simple box shower, bidet, sink and hair dryer. Shampoo, lotion and body wash provided. The spa is great! No silly time limit rules! They provide a hooded bathrobe that you can wear throughout the the hotel. They are great at giving new robes and towels as needed and a free locker to store whatever you may need. The main pool heated w seated air jets, standing air jets, large "cervical" neck/shoulder water fountain w power and a walk thru with air jets for leg circulation. The pool does get crowded but w 2 different sauna rooms different types of and heat level showers, small lounge w Tea and water overlooking the pool, heated water bed and another simple relax bed you no not need to be among the crowd! All around the pool are basic lounge chairs. Upstairs is a room solarium w lounge chairs outdoor showers. You can snack there! The staff will bring light snacks anywhere you ask them! We both had treatments and have no complaints, the technicians did there job! The only complaint I have is the never ending loop of Enya music piped into the rooms. If it isn't your type of music (def not mine) you can not truly relax during a massage. This same album has been on loop for years, at least all the times I've been. How about water or nature sound instead of Enya.. Please! Music is really a personal choice and some music can be grading on nerves (riverdance type while trying to relax) so natural sound would be more suitable for everyone! But when I asked the staff to turn it off (they were unable) they lowered the volume as much as possible! The lobby has various seating and sofa areas. A bar that serves everything. The breakfast room and dining room are at the far end of lobby. Tables and chairs are spread out everywhere indoors and out! The food is good is and if u don't want/like the daily menu, the waiters make sure to offer options! We had dessert delivered to our room! There is a reason asan Giorgio remains in top 3 in Fiuggi! It has everything you need and more and fair pricing. This trip i looked and visited 3 other hotels, 2 couldn't hold a candle and the 3rd was way too m

Hotel situato al centro di Fiuggi, parcheggio privato, grandi spazi nelle aree comuni. Colazione ottima, spa grande e pulita, piscina esterna riscaldata. La nostra stanza un po’ datata ma pulita e confortevole. Personale professionale e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Premetto che la mia recensione è riferita solo alla spa e non all'intera struttura. Abbiamo fatto una entrata serale di sabato dove vi era la possibilità di entrare anche con i propri figli minorenni e se pur sapendo che avrei trovato una situazione di confusione dovuta alla presenza di bambini, già preavvisata anche dallo staff al momento della prenotazione ho cmq deciso di andare. Sono rimasto molto deluso da quello che ho visto, in primo luogo ritengo che forse siano state fatte entrare troppe persone per quella che è di fatto la capienza dei lettini e della piscina senza la dovuta presenza di personale che avrebbe dovuto regolamentare le cose, ma la cosa che più mi ha infastidito è il fatto che pur avendo pagato il prezzo normale di entrata, credo e questo potrà essere confermato o smentito se vorranno rispondere, non ho potuto usufruire di servizi che vengono pubblicizzati, in primo la piscina esterna che in questo tipo di entrata familiare mi dicono rimane chiusa e la cosa più assurda è che al momento della spiegazione iniziale ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto usare i lettini ad acqua per un periodo non superiore ai 20 minuti a persona, e che avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura al massimo alle 23 e 30 già docciati e cambiati, tutto regolare tranne che alle 21e45 vado per riposare sui materassi ad acqua e trovo le porte a vetri della stanza chiuse da un lucchetto con catena da bici, chiedo... È chiuso? Risposta dalla stessa persona che aveva fatto la spiegazione iniziale, sì è chiuso senza una spiegazione di nessun genere. La spa in sé è bella ma non è corretto il modo di gestire il cliente in questa maniera, capisco anche la difficoltà che si può incontrare quando ci sono troppe persone con bambini piccoli però avendo pagato normalmente e non da piccolo pretendere un po' più di organizzazione credo sia normale. Appunto il titolo, come perdere un cliente... Pur avendo una struttura alle spalle di tutto rispetto, molto accogliente e di buone finiture. Non posso consigliare questo posto per lo meno durante la serata dedicata alle famiglie con minori, però visto come sono andate le cose non credo di tornare. La struttura è vostra le regole giustamente le fate voi ma mi sono sentito sicuramente discriminato, anche se forse il termine giusto è preso in giro. Sicuramente il profitto è importante specie in questo periodo ma forse a volte la qualità è meglio della quantità. Anche se questo rimane un mio pensiero.

Prezzi esorbitanti per un servizio completamente inadeguato per le stelle della struttura e per come trattano i clienti. La peggiore struttura in cui siamo stati a Fiuggi, siamo andati per rilassarci siamo tornati amareggiati ed arrabbiati e abbiamo anche speso parecchio. Esperienza terribile non la consiglierei a nessuno! C'è molto di meglio a Fiuggi a prezzi più onesti.

Veniamo da circa dieci anni all’Hotel San Giorgio e ogni volta il relax è assicurato. Splendida piscina idromassaggio con ampie vetrate, finalmente una spa che non è sotto terra. Ambienti puliti e sufficientemente riscaldati. Ottimo il servizio massaggi e soprattutto l’ultima novità: la piscina esterna riscaldata. Non ha nulla a che invidiare ad altre terme di lusso. Consigliato :)
