This hotel was AWFUL! It is not worth what they are charging....food was inedible both at breakfast and evening meal. Had to have snacks back in room or go out... food was unappetising, presentation awful, no choices or selection..they didn't have a clue ! how can you ruin a continental breakfast or Italian food.. well this hotel can!!!! Unclean looking staff serving your meals... do check your beds as bedding dirty and stained under sheets and pillow cases! Toilets didn't flush - the one by dining room was blocked for 3 days. . Shower drains overflowed back into your shower so paddled in dirty water. Views from balcony of derelict buildings, dumped shopping trolleys, dumped damaged cars... pictures on website showed 4 star ratings of luxury.. NOTE this is before 2013 when it was but CURRENT situation very different. Apparently just re opened two months, inexperienced staff, no proper chef, manager unfriendly and slobbed around in same black dirty tee shirt and trousers for three days, licked his fingers handling food, dripped sweat all over you when serving your food !.. very off putting!,,Fiuggi itself looks very run down and this hotel is same. Swimming pool a building site. There is nothing here to support your health and wellbeing the exact opposite in fact... depressing!

This is not a hotel - it's a filthy hell hole with rude dirty staff. I don't mind basic if clean and suitably catered for. I had to clean my own room on chrck in as filthy. Drains backed up in shower. Exposed sockets. Broken door handles. Unsafe balcony. Dirty bedding. Inedible food - even failed to make an omlette edible!. Male manager rude. Chef running around doing suitcase cases as no staff. No one able to do drinks. Photos on website and various booking places are from 10 years ago and not reflective of what it's like now. Pool is derelict. Views of smashed up cars and rubbish dump. I believe current owners only recently opened and I assume have 0 hotel experience. They desperately need to sort themselves out and also be less aggressive about feedback and issues - were really awful to some in the hotel. Such a shame and totally ruined my holiday. Booker beware!

Hotel rooms unfinished, pool advertised is just an unsightly hole in the ground, food extremely poor and staff have little to o experience of what customer service means. This hotels own advertising is completely false and misleading. I am usually quiet accepting of basic standards providing a place is clean and food at least edible but this hotel falls down in every basic standard

Esperienza assolutamente mediocre. Certamente la cucina è l'aspetto piú scadente di questo hotel con cibi poveri in qualità e miseri in quantità e che spesso abbiamo anche dovuto mandare indietro. Manca il parcheggio privato e la piscina è tristemente piccola vista anche la dimensione dell' albergo ed ha insufficiente spazio esterno. La nostra camera era grande, confortevole e pulita ma il vano bagno era disposto in maniera poco funzionale tanto che per accedere al vano doccia bisogna organizzare un' abile manovra da contorsionista. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di portierato notturno direi non certamente all'altezza di un 4 stelle anche perché di notte in una settimana di soggiorno non abbiamo mai visto l'area della reception presidiata tanto che si aveva l'impressione potesse entrare chiunque.

Hotel centrale vicino a negozi e servizi, personale sempre presente, cortese e sorridente, le stanze molto grandi e pulitissime. Colazione molto abbondante e il cibo di ottima qualità. È presente una piscina e una vasca idromassaggio completamente gratuiti. Abbiamo passato 3 bellissimi giorni, luogo ideale per visitare Fiuggi, un grazie a tutto lo staff, a presto. Antonio

Lo Staff e i servizi sono stati eccellenti,cibo ottima qualità ,camere pulite ,zona centrale . Speravamo di trovare la piscina di acqua salata pronta ma è in fase di ultimazione,quindi torneremo sicuramente non appena sarà disponibile . Siamo stati guidato per una gita in bici visitando i paesaggi limitrofi

Hotel ben tenuto accoglienza eccellente personale disponibile sempre, ottima cucina e stanze pulitissime. Torneremo a fine mese per l'apertura della piscina,non vediamo l'ora. Lo consiglio vivamente è uno dei pochi alberghi a 4 stelle a Fiuggi dove ti senti coccolato

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 3 giorni e siamo stati da dio. Accoglienza ottima, ragazze della reception sempre disponibili e sorridenti, stanze accoglienti curate e pulite cibo ottimo,vicino al centro del paese a due passi da tutti i negozi. Torneremo sicuramente a luglio
