Gutes sauberes Hotel und komfortable Zimmer zum Preis. Personal sehr aufmerksam und scheint glücklich in ihren Jobs, die mir eine glückliche Arbeitskräfte zeigen. Der Besitzer Gianluca war sehr bequem, selbst wenn er Dinge verlassen musste, meinen Sohn zu dem Arzt zu nehmen, als er krank wurde. Auf unserem Ausflug hatten wir eine Flugannullierung und 3 Tage später angekommen, das war kein Problem, als ich sie angerufen habe, sie nur die Zimmer. Würde ich nochmal bleiben ? Ja, ich würde und ich werde irgendwann in der Zukunft tun.

It’s indeed HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Fedirika ensure we have awesome stays she’s always there for our needs. She rendered us speechless. Above and beyond. (She’s indeed a wonderful woman) very oriented and superb. And of course my good friends from restaurants André , and the two Anthonio and of course Noemi they are all awesome people. We are sure coming back again. I wish I can rate this property above the 10/10. Thank you!

The reception was professional, courteous and friendly. At the restaurant they have always been very attentive to my food problems. They always made changes to the dishes provided, bringing me real delicacies. The opportunities of the Spa are many. In the internal part there is the sauna, the frigidarium, the hammam, the swimming pool with multiple types of hydromassage and water beds for relaxation. In the structure they offer various types of massage. I did foot reflexology on the last day; I couldn't do the floating tub which recreates the Dead Sea experience. The three outdoor pools overlooking the Palazzo di Fiuggi have a temperature of 37 degrees and are exceptional. You can sit there chatting in hot water, sipping a gin and tonic and eating the local hot white pizza. Those at the bar, like all the hotel staff, are very good. We went with a tour operator from Vicenza and we also had a Yoga and Pilates course, given by competent people. The trip included a group and a professional guide who was part of the hotel and who took us on the path of San Benedetto. The walk did not have a religious motivation, but rather justified the 22 km covered in 2 days and produced the curiosity that places like this arouse. The rooms were very warm and clean. On New Year's Eve I would have expected music for all ages. I must say that as good as it was, I would like something different for New Year's Eve dinner.

Abbiamo soggiornato lo scorso weekend ed é stata una piacevole scoperta. La struttura è stata da poco ristrutturata e le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è strategica in quanto a pochissimi passi dalla fonte Bonifacio VIII. Ottima anche la cucina e la colazione. Ci teniamo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale...non sono tante le strutture che ti fanno sentire realmente a casa. Una menzione speciale ad Annito, il Direttore di Sala, vera punta di diamante. Un professionista come pochi, una persona della quale intercetti esclusivamente il sorriso, pronto a soddisfare ogni tua piccola o grande esigenza. 10+
