"Sehr gut, der Chef war am Tag, an dem ich aus dem Haus ging. Da mein Flugzeug verspätet war, habe ich lange im Gastgeber verblieben. Aber er hat die Tür geschlossen und blieb mir dort. Sonst kann ich die Straße runterfallen, weil das Flugzeug zu spät ist, oder ich kann die Straße runterfallen, weil das Flugzeug zu spät ist."

"Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it."

"酒店好靚設計，家具好喜歡，又乾淨企理。部份酒店用品喜歡的可以買走。位置屬於free tram zone 外，坐tram去CBD地區需要車費，但其實使用Uber都十分方便。天台逢星期五晚酒店有活動，就算冇活動日子夜晚對住火爐，睇星星都好正！！ 平日比較冷清，週六日就十分熱鬧，酒店樓下及對面停車場有活動，可以行下Market同飲咖啡 :)"

"Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking."

"Die Eincheckung war reibungslos und wurde genießend ein Zimmer gegeben, obwohl wir früh waren. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit einer Küchenzeile und einem Waschmaschine. Gehen Sie bis Ebene 6 für einen guten Blick auf die Stadt.  Bequeme Lage! Das Hotel befindet sich im Fitzroy-Bereich. Gehen Sie aus dem Eingang, wechseln Sie links und wechseln Sie links führen Sie zu einer besetzten Straße mit Essen und Supermärkten. Es gibt eine Busshaltestelle für Bus 86, die Sie in 20 Minuten in das Herz der Stadt nehmen wird."

"We chose this hotel because it’s very cheap and relatively close to the city. Room was big enough for two and staff were helpful. However, we saw a dirty bed sheet when we arrived, don’t know if they really changed it after the previous guests left. Anyway we asked to change it and easy fix. Overall, good stay for get away city hustle and bustle."

"Wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lots of room and a well equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfy, shower pressure was good. Location convenient and quiet. Would stay again."

"Der Manager war sehr nett, die Hotelzimmer sind bei 2/F, aber er ist bereit, mit dem Gepäck auch ohne Anfrage zu helfen. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, nur 20-30 Minen zum Zentrum von Melbourne (eine Tram erst nachdem Sie den Skybus vom Flughafen erhalten). Supermarkt, Restaurant, Kaffee, Gelatine Shop rund um. Rein, großes Zimmer, schönes Toilette- und Restzimmer, schöne Küche, schöne Waschbecken. Das Hotel wird sehr empfohlen, meine Prioritätenwahl, wenn ich wieder nach Melbourne komme. Die einzige schlechte Seite ist das Zimmer bei 2/F, das Sie Ihre Sachen nach oben und nach unten tragen müssen, wenn Sie viele Dinge kaufen. Und vor allem in regnerischen Tagen beobachten, als es eine Metalltrappe ist."
