Extended stay - with a large kitchen area - BUT bring your own dishes, cutlery & pots & pans! There wasn't a coffee maker, not even a plastic cup in the room. However, there was a dishwasher! Bathroom was wheelchair accessible, therefore lots of room. A very spacious suite for a reasonable price.

The main thing I did not like was the additional utility fee of $10 per night. When I booked the hotel I was giving a total price but the hotel did not honor this. The hotel also shown an indoor pool which we found was closed since it had damage. The hotel also reported a coffee maker in the room which did not exist and the bathroom had no soap, shampoo, conditioner, or trash can. The kitchen area also did not have any supplies. The afternoon front desk person was very friendly and was happy to provide a coffee maker and coffee but this should have already been in the room. They probably would have given me soap but I was able to get some from friends in a different room and later found trash cans under the sink. Other than these issues the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice.

The hotel stay was overall about a 2–3 out of 5 for us, and unfortunately I would not recommend it. We were in town for a baseball tournament and specifically chose a room with a kitchen so we could cook reliable meals for our player instead of constantly eating out. However, the kitchen was basically unusable because there were no cooking supplies provided — no cookware, plates, cups, or silverware. The biggest issue was the stairwell area. Trash was overflowing from the garbage cans and piled all around them, creating a horrible smell — honestly like walking through a dumpster. It appeared the trash had been sitting there for quite some time, and with how bad it was, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were maggots around the area as well. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of basic accommodations made the stay very disappointing, especially for families traveling for sports tournaments who rely on the amenities advertised when booking.

Nice clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds and very courteous staff. The pool wasn’t working at the time but the exercise center had a nice elliptical machine and treadmill. It’s also close to groceries, shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property is very dated. The beds are hard. There is a small kitchenette but no pots/pans/cooking Utensils. Also the pool was closed with no notification on their website which was a disappointment.

Staff were amazing also easy to talk to. Pool hasn't been open yet though would've been nice to take our son swimming, other than thatour stay was great,will be back this weekend for another extended stay.

No breakfast no coffee out at 6:45 no coffee pot in the room. I checked in yesterday at 4:15 and the man was walking out of the room said it was clean and it was still dirty crumbs all over the floor, dirty bedsheets crumbs all over counter and they charge an extra $10 cleaning fee And the woman tried to charge me $100 deposit and it was only supposed to be 50 I feel like I should at least get my $50 back plus the 10 hour cleaning fee because the room was not even clean. The lobbies was still dirty from last night. Nobody mopped the floors it was filthy in the lobby and elevators.
