樓梯間比較狹窄，服務員會幫忙提行李上樓。房間衞生特別是衞生間，比較一般，污漬明顯。床墊和被子很舒服，睡得很不錯。早餐看上去很豐盛，你懂的，其實就是麪包，果醬，果汁薄荷茶。民宿老闆和員工喜歡互動。

Lovely little hotel with good food and great service. Haddou and Hannae are the best! We were two girls traveling solo and they pretty much adopted us and made us feel really safe in Fès. They were always helpful in all regards. Not to forget regular and delicious tea service!

Our stay at Riad Adarissa exceeded our expectations in every way. We selected it based on the reviews and its location in the Medina. The property itself is authentic old world Morroco and the hospitality was out of this world. They arranged a driver to meet us at the airport who took us to the walls of the Medina. Haddou, our host at the Riad, met us there and helped us navigate the winding streets to the property where we met Jean Claude the owner. Our guest room was very unique, nothing like the many chain hotels we stay in. But that’s exactly what we were looking for…an authentic Morrocan experience. What really made this stay exceptional was the service. We felt like guests in Jean Claude’s home and enjoyed many conversations with him over dinner. He couldn’t have been more hospitable. Haddou is an absolute gem and made our stay one we will remember forever. There was nothing he wouldn’t do to make our stay more enjoyable. His wife, Hanane, a trained chef, prepared our dinner all four nights of our stay. The food was so delicious and the hospitality so delightful we decided to enjoy all our dinners at the Riad. Our stay ended with Haddou leading us out of the Medina and making sure we were in a taxi headed to the train station. I find in my travel experiences that it’s the people that make a stay memorable and in this case unforgettable.

Quel bonheur d’avoir passé une semaine de vacances au Riad Adarissa de Fès très bien situé. Très bon accueil par Haddou dont l’épouse Hannane nous concoctait un excellent petit-déjeuner et un délicieux repas tous les soirs. Le Riad est magnifique et a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût. Chambre très confortable, excellente literie. Très propre. On s’y sentait comme à la maison. Encore grand merci à Haddou, Hanane, Nourredine et Fatima qui sont adorables et toujours prêts à rendre service. J’ai déjà eu l’occasion de loger dans des riads mais celui-ci est de loin le meilleur et j’espère pouvoir encore y revenir. M. Belgique

Ryad hyper bien situé dans la médina à deux pas de la médersa Bou Inania et d’une foule d’artisans. Aménagée avec soin selon les codes du ryad classique, Norredine nous y accueille en hôte attentif et nous laisse aux bons soins et connaissances d’Haddou pour qui Fès et ses environs n’ont plus de secret. Tout le personnel a été charmant, discret et efficace. Sa gentillesse nous a fait chaud au coeur.
