It’s a little out of the city center, about 30 minutes walking but rather than that, everything was great. Staff are all welcoming, especially helpful are the reception team with loads of advice and help. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean, all common areas are also kept clean. Breakfast is good, with great service and a good selection of hot and cold food. A really pleasant place to stay and a great price point, great value for money. I can highly recommend to everyone 😎🙏🏾

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen ist das Hotel Mercure der ideale Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadttour durch diese äußerst sehenswerte norditalienische Stadt. Eine Stadt voller Kultur, geprägt durch seine mittelalterliche Architektur. Der Blick aus dem Fenster fällt direkt auf das Kastell der Este und den anliegenden Platz. Von hier sind es nur wenige Meter bis zum Dom und in die belebten Straßen des Stadtzentrums. Ferrara war in der Rennaissance Zentrum des Herrschaftsgebietes der Fürsten von Este, Anziehungspunkt für Kunst, Architektur und Kultur. Es gibt viele architektonische Höhepunkte, z.B. den Palast Diamante. Auch die Parks der Stadt, die alte Stadtmauer mit ihren Wallanlagen sind sehr sehenswert. Das Hotel ist nicht nur wegen seiner Lage empfehlenswert, Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und umfangreich, die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, der Service ist angenehm und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Dies war unser 11. Aufenthalt im Hotel Annunziata meist zum Buskers Festival. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Es ist wie immer super, von der Lage, die nicht besser sein könnte, der freundliche Empfang, egal, wer zur Anreise an der Rezeption sitzt. Von den Angestellten bis zum Chef und der ganzen Familie genießt man absoluten Spitzenservice. Es fühlt sich an wie nach Hause zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, modern und ruhig. Die Badezimmer Ausstattung entspricht 5 Sternen. Nach einer entspannten Nacht im großen Bett kann man das leckere, umfangreiche Frühstück genießen und sich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt freuen. Hooney Rooms Ferrara B&B super confortevole, in pieno centro, camere ampie, bellissime, ben arredate, parquet come nuovo e sottotetto in travoni di legno, splendida atmosfera, bagno ottimo sia per sistemazione sia per i sanitari in perfette condizioni (sembra tutto nuovissimo) e di ottima qualità. Pulizie accuratissime. La proprietaria, sig.ra Barbara è gentilissima e disponibile, e in caso di qualsiasi necessita' trova subito la soluzione. Il tutto a un prezzo molto conveniente. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city center but it is very convenient if one is traveling by car. To arrive to downtown one needs around 15 minutes on foot. Fine for us. One can see that it had been a very elegant place, unfortunately right now needs renovation. Some things of our room were not in good condition. The heating system was not working properly but fortunately the people from the reception sent someone to fix it. We had too a little inconvenient with some kids that were making a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. Again the problem was solved. It would say that the most outstanding offer of the hotel is the helpfulness and friendliness of some people in the reception area .There is a guy who is fantastic and I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name. The breakfast was ok. Investing some money to renovating it would be a fantastic idea!!!

ECCELLENTE da tutti i punti un soggiorno su entrambi le strutture: una notte nella suite locata nel cassero del 1400 è stata un'immersione nella storia molto accattivante con possibilità di angolo cottura - l'altra nella camera matrimoniale ”moderna” molto ben progettata e corredata di ogni comfort con la colazione inclusa. Un plauso alla colazione davvero ricca e con ampia possibilità di scelta, un 10 e lode alle torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza in struttura davvero molto professionale, all'insegna dell'educazione e della disponibilità direi di alto livello. Consapevoli che la struttura è gestita e sorvegliata direttamente dalla proprietà, quindi si denota particolare attenzione che tutto si svolga al meglio. Non posso che consigliare un soggiorno in questa struttura. Unica nota dolente non aver potuto usufruire della SPA, perché prenotata da tempo, sarà per la prossima volta. La posizione della struttura è strategica, situata in una via tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo di passaggio, limitrofa al centro area limitata, permette di visitare la città a piedi facilmente.
