"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! Wir kamen früh und obwohl unser Zimmer nicht bereit war, lassen uns das Personal freundlich die Wasserpark so ein gedankevolles Geste, vor allem mit Kindern. Als die Dusche in unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer nicht funktionierte, gingen sie über und über, indem sie uns auf einen schönen 2-bedroom Kondo mit einer vollen Küche upgradierten. Es war geräumig, sauber und perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Das kostenlose Frühstück war schön, obwohl ich wünsche, es gab mehr heiße Lebensmitteloptionen über Waffeln und Getreide. Gesamt, hervorragende Kundenservice und eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself was in just as bad of shape as the room. Everything felt worn out, dirty, and poorly cared for. We had booked this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay, but what we found was completely different. The condition of the property was so bad that we did not feel comfortable spending even a single night there. We ended up cancelling our stay and paying for another hotel because there was no way we were going to sleep in those conditions. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they are paying for. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel, and this property failed miserably. It was shocking that rooms in this condition were being rented out to guests. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money and book somewhere else."

Did not sleep well the two nights we stayed. -the bed was so firm & creaked anytime you moved -heavy feet upstairs moving around till 12pm -the bar fridge is extremely loud This isn’t a bed and breakfast also doesn’t look like it’s even an option and hasn’t been for a long time.
