Pleasant enough and maybe the most comfortable around, but our Monday night dinner there was a disaster; one of the worst meals we have had out of hundreds in Italy. Everything was like-warm and ill-conceived. That there were only four people dining probably meant there was a stagier in the kitchen. For all I know, the food was reheated. Our room was weird. The sink and shower were at one with the bed. Only a tiny WC was seperate.

My experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. The wedding planner, Giulia, failed in every aspect. Initially, she was friendly and nice, but in the end, she became extremely rude, and that's putting it mildly. The hotel provides extremely poor service and falls far short of being a luxury hotel as advertised. I have visited many hotels on every continent, but none has been as bad as this one. Here are a few things that went wrong: The service at the hotel and on our wedding day was catastrophic. Expired drinks were served, some of which were nearly 2 years past their expiration date, and yet we were charged 8 euros for a beer, for example. The staff was so overwhelmed that guests were insulted because apparently no one could handle the situation. Even the chef insulted my wife in Italian—what a disgrace. The food was absolutely abysmal, and i can’t understand how this restaurant made it into the Michelin Guide. The list of issues is much longer. The worst part was that Giulia, the so-called event manager, clearly had no idea what she was doing. It was a total failure and extremely embarrassing in front of all our guests. She planned for only 3 staff members for more than 80 guests. Everything was late, cold, and of poor quality. After the event, she simply disappeared and blocked us. This is the most outrageous hotel I have ever been to. I strongly advise against staying here or having a wedding celebration. We were offered a 5-star hotel with corresponding service, which we paid for accordingly. We had booked the entire hotel for several days. However, what we received was a nightmare and a major disappointment. Over 80 guests attended the wedding, and most of them stayed at the hotel. All the guests share the same opinion. This is a disgrace for the hotel and tarnishes the image of Italian hotels abroad. I warn everyone against this hotel!

Avevo scelto questa struttura perché sembrava il luogo perfetto per due giorni da sogno, immersi nella natura, tra il verde del bosco e la vista sul mare. Un regalo che avevo voluto fare a mio marito, con l’idea di vivere insieme un momento speciale, rilassante, fuori dal tempo. Purtroppo la realtà si è rivelata molto diversa dalle aspettative. Nonostante la posizione meravigliosa, il soggiorno è stato segnato da una serie di disattenzioni inaccettabili per una struttura che si propone come “di lusso”: Mancava il sapone in bagno. La colazione comprendeva cornetti serviti freddi. In camera era presente un solo set di prodotti per l’igiene personale, nonostante fossimo in due. Avevo prenotato un’ora di spa in esclusiva, ma durante il mio tempo è entrata un’altra persona, rovinando completamente il momento. L’area boschiva, che dovrebbe essere un punto forte, era lasciata all’incuria. La piscina era rumorosa a causa degli schiamazzi dei bambini e l’idromassaggio era visibilmente sporco. Per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo attenzione ai dettagli!! Peccato davvero, perché la struttura avrebbe un potenziale enorme — ma per ora, purtroppo, resta solo un’occasione mancata.
