With its spacious and airy interior and expansive outdoor decking and brand new pool, this beach house is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The vaulted living area is furnished with comfortable seating, gas fire-place and Sonos speakers, while the dining area features a large table and oversized island with custom hand made Mexican blue tile countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds and crisp white hotel quality linens. The bathrooms are clean, with white towels and all the amenities you need. Outside, you'll find multiple deck areas that are perfect for lounging in the sun, playing in the pool or enjoying a meal with friends and family. The front deck is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and views of the ocean. If a day at the beach or kayaking on the Bay (2 blocks away) is in the cards, relax under one of the two outdoor showers afterwards.
