Vorteile: schöne Landschaft, in der Nähe des Flusses, bequem zum Betrachten, Fotografieren und Spielen; Es gibt keine Bars in der Nähe, daher wird es nicht laut sein. Der Chef war sehr begeistert und hat uns viel Essen und Getränke empfohlen. Es war viel günstiger als auf der offiziellen Website. Ich hoffe, die Schalldämmung war großartig Fenster können verbessert werden. Nachdem das nahegelegene Miao Village den Kauf von Tickets empfohlen hatte, wurde ein Reiseleiter beauftragt, dessen Kaufverhalten recht zurückhaltend war. Touren durch das Miao Village werden im Allgemeinen nicht empfohlen. Im 5. Stock gibt es Mücken. Wer Kinder mitbringt, wünscht sich eine bessere Schalldämmung.

Highly recommended this hotel !! Very good location & the view from balcony is so amazing. Besides of that, their pretty staff 小滕 is very friendly & lovely. Guided me how to play with the route when I arrived the hotel. Also she tried her best to get me a taxi which really saved my ass, if not I would definitely miss out my train back to Chang Sha. 非常推荐地理位置绝佳！工作人员小滕很友善也很漂亮！会教你如何游玩凤凰古城然后遇到什么问题也会帮你解决！预约的网约车临时放鸽子当时慌得一批还好有小滕帮我拦截了一辆出租车不然差点就赶不上高铁了！

Great location on the river side. Decent room. A lot of noise from the construction work on the other side of the road woke us up very early in the morning.

Pros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help. Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

Right in front of the river, you can have a good view. The staff can speak simple english but helpful especially Rebecca. She help us with direction, recommend the restaurants and also taxi. All other staffs are super friendly and attentive. The food store opposite is delicious.

Extended stay in this beautiful rustic town. Front desk service were super helpful assisting queries. Housekeeping were a little noisy at times in the morning, I could hear them communicating in the corridor. All else were okay.

Beautiful view from the room. The bathroom was really modern and clean. You can sit on the balcony and drink tea, observing the ancient town. It’s also in a good location but not too close to bars so it’s not very loud.

The view from the room was amazing. We absolutely loved the balcony. It was our favourite hang out place during our 2 nights stay. The room was very spacious for 3 people. The bed was comfortable. They have proper amenities available. The toilet was very big. The location of the hotel was very convenient and it is walking distance to all the main attractions. It was a plus point as we were travelling with elderly people. The hotel staffs were very helpful and approachable, they provided us the digital map and gave us guidance on how to walk around the ancient town. They also offered better ticket pricings for the different attractions that was available. They came to fetch us when we arrived at the Nan Hua Men. They also arranged transport for us to the railway station as we were a group of 6. Only downside was the noise from the vehicles in the eating street in front of the hotel, and some tour groups start their tour as early as 7am in the morning, as they walk by along the TuoJiang river. However, that was not an issue for us. We woke up early to sit at the balcony and have our morning coffee while watching people passing by.

Good location at the edge fenghuang town and easy to walk up to explore the town. Nice view from the room terrace. Downside is we can not call the taxi to the hotel as the road is quite steep, and we found some hair and dust in the room.

This was a beautiful hotel and has a fabulous view. However, because it's right in the centre, you can hear all the hustle and bustle outside. The lack of sockets in the room we stayed at was a slight inconvenience. My small gripe is that most hotels don't have hooks in the bathrooms! Nowhere to hang your change of clothing. The staff are all from the Miao ethnic group and are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Our room is clean and have a beautiful view of the river. It is away from the pubs and bar so its not as noisy at night. The location of the hotel is perfect for us with big luggages and bags as it is located just a slope down. The room is equipped with projector and toilet bidet which works really well. The staffs are very friendly and recomended lots of activities and attractions to us. Just below the hotel, there is a shop that rents the traditional costume. The package comes with the rental of clothing, make up (they do a really good job), and photoshoot. Would totally recommend this hotel to stay!!!
