Ich bin seit einer Woche unterwegs und habe in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut übernachtet. Auch die Serviceeinstellung ist sehr gut Freunde. Ich sage die Wahrheit. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht

Es war das erste Mal, dass ich ein Zimmer auf Ctrip gebucht habe. Ich habe gesehen, dass dieses Hotel eine gute Lage hat und in der Nähe malerischer Orte liegt. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind auch sehr neu, einschließlich intelligenter Toiletten im Badezimmer. Nass- und Trockentrennung, ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer und eine sehr bequeme Matratze. Der Laden hat auch zur Aufwertung beigetragen. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr gut und bietet mehr als 20 verschiedene Gerichte. Die Rinderbrust-Reisnudeln sind köstlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich. empfehlen

Das Personal an der Rezeption hat aufmerksam auf die Meinung der Gäste gehört, aber das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind etwas unpraktisch. Es wäre auch besser, wenn die Heizung entsprechend angepasst werden könnte . Das Hotel erfordert Treppen, aber das Personal ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und beschäftigt, Ihr Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu bringen. Abends bietet das Hotel heißes Zuckerwasser und Obst, was sehr wohltuend ist. Kurz gesagt, das Hotel ist neu, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen und ich werde es Freunden empfehlen.

Very nice location, it was a little bit difficult to find in first place because it’s surrounded by many other stores. The room are spacious and the breakfast could be better.

The location is few steps from Hongqiao bridge. The hotel is on 2nd floor, only a desk on ground floor. I got upgraded to a room with bath. The room is very clean and large. I received free fruits and late checkout, 2pm. The staff helped me to get the taxi to train station. The hotel is next to a restaurant, they played drums at night (I loved to watch them playing) so it’s a bit noisy but I came back late so okay for me.

I am very happy yo have chosen this hotel. as i walked around town looking at most home stay, I felt that hotel kechao has provided such an excellent service with their special way. Upon arrival, they have given a lot of instructions on how to visit this town. They have also given us some fruits once we were back to the room. The room is probably one of the best in town I would say. I have studied a lot of other hotels but I am so happy with this one. Plus it is directly next to famous hongqiao bridge. Before you start your journey they gave you a rough guide instructions on how best to walk around the ancient town. Once you start walking, you can use the interactive map the hotel sent you via wechat. All in all, this is the best stay throughout my trip. Thanks to both the staff Hwa Hwa and Yingzi. They have been such a great help. All the photos are from my own stay. Have I mentioned their breakfast? My gosh... It was one of the most satisfying one. They brought it to our room. Maybe because it was the low season but it is really much appreciated. Nice breakfast. Their shampoo is so fragrant that we wanted to buy but too bad it wasn't for sale. Plus the room has got the smart control system using xiaudo. But only in Chinese. We definitely appreciate they hotel for their service.

Good hotel, recommended this hotel for traveling, you don’t need to bring your luggage through the stone in the ancient town, the hotel was located at the front of Hong qiao bridge and has a very good service although they don’t have elevator but they have staff to help you to bring the luggage to the 3rd floor and the front desk is very warm welcome

This was the place where I had the best sleep during my trip in China. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The aircon/heater is very responsive. The hotel is located at the 3rd floor and there's a staff stationed at the ground floor who is supposed to help guests carry the luggages up. Staff was friendly and helpful tho' they can't speak english but that's not an issue at all. Deliveries done by a robot. The only gripe I have is that the hot water took ages to come and the ceiling is too low and we bumped our heads :( so be careful if you book this room with view.

Hotel location is excellent. Right in the midst of town centre. Room is spacious, clean and has an excellent view of the ancient city cum river. Only challenge is the low ceiling between the bedroom and the living room. Also note that living room has a pitch roof with low ceiling on both ends. Being a refurbished ancient building, the hotel is located on the 3rd floor without any lift. Great service provided though to carry our luggage up and down during check-in and check-out. Highly recommend :)

Very helpful & lovely housekeeper 桂子 welcome us just outside hotel entrance. She gave us a free upgrade to a super delux room. Very clean & luxurious hotel stay. Highly recommended.

Room is nice and bed is comfortable. There is no lift in the town, so we need to carry our luggage to level 3. But if pre inform the hotel, they can help to carry the luggages up and down (return as well). Hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help us and especially to help us to call for transport to train station as there is no Didi in town or otherwise have to hail from the street and stay connected with us on WeChat. Location wise is near to the old town within 5 mins. There is a basement food Street just less than 10 steps beside the hotel. There is bubble tea shop and Luckin coffee just opposite the hotel. Photos are similar to real-life. There is also a laundry room but only available from 10am - 10pm (need to get key from hotel staff). Will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Hotel is clean and location is great. Every service staff were nice and 颖子管家 is very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Fenghuang.

Hotel staff were unhelpful in arranging transport for my entire family of 11 members. We were left stranded on a winter night at the tourist Centre with no taxis willing to take us to the hotel as only selected vehicles are allowed to enter the ancient town. One of my rooms was filled with low beams and it is claustrophobic to sleep in. Furthermore, the hotel was located at level 3, meaning entering and leaving hotel will be a chore, especially for families with young children. Lastly, despite that this hotel is non-smoking hotel, guests still smoke in the common corridor. As matter of fact, the location is great though.

This hotel is just 2 min walk from 红桥（hong qiao), where the hustle and bustle is at this old town. I like it that the driver can drop us off at the door and we do not need to push our luggages over stone paved paths to reach the hotel. The check in counter is on the 3rd floor and the hotel staff are very helpful in carrying our luggages to the room. The room is big and clean. We are also grateful for the help from Xiao du, the little AI buddy in the room. The breakfast is good. We were pleasantly surprised by the buffet spread. I will book this hotel again when I visit this town.
