From the moment that we arrived Donna could not have been more welcoming or hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we really valued having the outdoor seating area and glasses, coffee and fresh milk provided. I honestly think Donna had thought of everything. The room we stayed in was really two rooms- a large double and an adjoining room with three single beds. Brilliant for family or a getaway with friends. The pool was a welcome bonus. Breakfast was yummy and sitting in the sun in the morning was most welcome. Throughly recommended- we will be back.

We have recently returned from a lovely weekend break at the Coast House, situated not far from the seafront in the lovely village of Felpham. It is a lovely property and the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. Donna is a fantastic, welcoming host who immediately put us at our ease. The breakfasts were superb with plenty of choice and the cooked options were delicious. We would have no hesitation in returning to the Coast House

A lovely night away, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Well situated for the beach and local amenities. Breakfast was varied and the hot food was delicious. Really enjoyed the private pool

We stayed at the coast house for Easter weekend. Donna was a wonderful host, very friendly and informative. We stayed in the cove room. It was a lovely room, very clean and great bed. The shower was hot and powerful. Our breakfast was lovely. Cooked exactly how we wanted and presented beautifully. There were a range of juices to choose, cereals, teas and coffee. The gardens are very picturesque, the hydropool and hot tub were splendid. We booked the hydropool and hot tub twice and had exclusive use of the facility which was amazing. The coast house is in a great location in the village of Felpham. We had drinks at three local pubs and walked into Bogner Regis. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Donna even arranged a massarge for me with holistic therapest Trish which was absolutely amazing. Trish did a great massarge with reiki. Myself and husband were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

A superb B/B , the place is spotless , stylish , well kept , beautiful garden with a hot tub. Very nice breakfast also. It has a fabulous hydro pool you can use in total privacy. The rooms are outstanding, and your host is very welcoming, you feel your visiting a friend . An absolute gem in Felpham near the beach . Will make a point of returning many times .

Lovely b&b, very quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for Donna. Room was spotless with a very comfy bed and loads of space. Short walk to beach, pubs and cafes. Like staying in a home from home but with a pool! Donna gave us a few recommendations of where to visit, we took her advise and went to Arundel castle which was beautiful. Definitely somewhere we would go again and make use of the outdoor seating on a sunny day. Loads of choice for breakfast with great coffee!

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights as a family with 2 young children. The host Donna was incredibly accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully done and pristine clean, along with the rest of the b&b. we ate a fantastic breakfast both in and outside on the sunny days, beautiful garden views and again really attentive service. Couldn’t fault the place or service and would strongly recommend. Thank you

Very comfortable and relaxed accommodation. Excellent breakfast and high standard rooms. Donna and other staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for seafront and beach. Small shops and pubs nearby.

Immaculate, welcoming and relaxed accommodation. The garden is large and can imagine it to be super in the Summer. Lovely pubs nearby for meals. Donna is the perfect host with nothing being too much trouble Would certainly recommend The Coast House.
