Graduate by Hilton Fayetteville AR

Very clean, quirky hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to many restaraunts, bars, lounges on Dickson St. Only place to stay in Fayetteville no question.

The property was super clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an ice machine on the floor ... but no ice bucket in the room.

Upon arrival, check in was quick. Valet service is $30 plus tax, it is not clearly marked when you check in nor do the valet's tell you the charge. Park the car yourself, it is tops 100 yards to the garage. When I spoke to people about the lack of clearly marking the price for all guests, there was indifference and the people just didn't care about the customer. The website said $25 dollars, I was charged $30, There was an adjustment to correct this. Finally, upon checkout the girls at the front desk were busy texting and I waited to be checked out. Bottom line, there were 2 employees that were professional and courteous. The others were working for a paycheck, not to serve the customer.

It’s a very cute hotel with large rooms. We just stayed quick overnight, parking is very challenging and not connected to the hotel. Good central location.

The maid came the first morning and we said no thank you because we didn't get in until late the night before. And then they never came back :(

Really neat place to stay! Close to a ton of shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and the common areas were nice too. Would absolutely stay again.

Cool hotel different from the standard offerings out there. Bartenders were great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. No complaints

Staff was very friendly. Liked the Arkansas Razorback theme. Premium priced hotel but felt kind of dated outside of decorations. Location is nice but it’s not walkable to the campus so you could stay at a nicer property and take an Uber or Lyft and it wouldn’t make much difference.

The room itself was fine. There was a big mix up with ******* and the hotel. When I checked in for what I had already paid for, Korey asked me to run my card without giving me a price or reason. Luckily I asked as he was about to charge me $700. I showed him my receipt from early booking and payment and he was baffled. I understand they cant control third party sites, but a month earlier the hotel took over my reservation and sent confirmations directly to me. Korey even noted he had never seen rooms booked the way mine were through the hotel but did not offer to assist in any way even after showing him the correspondence the Graduate had sent me early on in my planning. After an hour of working throught it with ******* and the hotel, I was provided a room upgrade and coupons for drinks for the inconvenience. However, upon checkout, turns out Korey didnt give me a free upgrade like he said, he just put us in a more expensive room at full cost. The girl at checkout apologized and said " Korey is an idi0t" and noted he used codes she's never even serny which wss par for the course for him. she said she couldn't assist because her manager wasn't in yet. It's too bad because the hotel and room are nice, but I ended up paying $700 total for wht was supposed to cost $380, and Korey really wasn't helpful or sympathetic.
