During a recent trip, I stayed at what I thought was a Decent hotel as per Pics shown online. The online reviews and photos painted a glowing picture, but the reality couldn’t have been further from the truth. The condition of the room was appalling. The sheets were stained and had Hair (Not properly washed), the bathroom was missing with basic immunities and there was a mold, and the towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. Hot water facility was only on request after calling to reception. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel provided with breakfast with no quality food and only 2 options to eat. When I complained to the staff about the issues, they were seems helpless as major portion of amount is taken by middle party Treebo. I was dealing with Manas Aggarwal from Treebo (Sales Executive) who was highly unprofessional while dealing and demanded money for services which was not provided adequately. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into a nightmare. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and determined never to return to this property.

I went to this place with my old mother, we had fantastic experience with everything. I want to give more than 5 star for everything. Staff is very polite and helpful, food is very good, portion size of each item is very big, bathroom has continuous hot water coming. If I visit Ayodhya again I will stay here only, i strongly recommend this place. Thank you everyone at Heaven Grand Ayodhya.

From check in to checkout , my experience at hotel Heaven Grand Ayodhya . The front office staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious , clean, and well designed with the modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the in house dining option , special thanks to service staff for great behaviour and smiling nature.

Wonderful experience staying there. We were on our spiritual tour of 'Prayagraj - Varanasi - Ayodhya' and had our last stay at Heaven Grand Hotel, Ayodhya. Their Room's interior was really impressive which will give you some positive vibes. Services from staff was quick. Really liked their Buffet Breakfast and Dinner (Ala Carte) too. It's almost 15-20mins drive away from Shree Ram Janmbhoomi Temple and just 10 mins. drive away from Ayodhya Cantt. Me & My family had a great time there.
