Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre

The hotel is very convenient for the Town centre. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was was very clean and presented well.The bed was comfortable and the temperature was good with no noise. There is a Beefeater downstairs and a Wetherspoons which was excellent just a few yards down the road which serves Food until 11pm and is in the Good Beer guide with a great selection of real ales.

The premier inn it self was great, staff friendly and welcoming, bed very comfortable, the shower was acceptable it just wasn’t that much pressure but did the job. Room was clean , in need of a lick of paint but ok. So why only 3 stars …the adjoining restaurant well if I was just rating them it would be minus 5 , Staff were rude , the food arrived at best lukewarm, they didn’t have the first three meals I picked, so had to settle for something I didn’t really want. I stayed 4 nights only had evening meal on first night and staff were far from friendly, food as above comments. Had breakfast the next morning and that’s was as bad, staff could care if you were there or not and as for the food I left it and went to nearby pub that served breakfast which was very good. Now I stay at a few premier inns and although the hotel in Farnborough was very good the restaurant/ bar attached was very poor.

The staff were lovely and very helpful they even had time for a chat, the food was well worth the money ,the room was nice and clean with everything we needed in the room, the location was great as the town is just over the road ,we enjoyed our stay and would go back 😀

Staff were simply amazing. Helping me with my luggage when my toddler was asleep without asking eased me well into the night. I enjoyed the bed, it was just right. One of the best sleeps I’ve honestly had in a while. I will highly recommend, as the value for money is on point.

Very clean, very close to amenities, staff were absolutely super, Charlotte was amazingly helpful, great customer service she couldn't do enough. Beefeater restaurant look lovely but we didnt use it instead used the Sainsburys opposite. Parking is literally 50m away

Excellent nice hotel Thank you so much Charlotte for looking us after through out the stay Rooms are nice and clean Breakfast is fabulous Good location Parking needs to be paid but cheap Charlotte really looked after me and family I will stay agai
