We had reservations bur on arrival, we asked about an upgrade. We were given a king master suite. We told the desk person we wanted to make sure this was not a handicapped room. We were assured that it wasn't. For a daily cost of $175 per night, we expected to see a two room suite with a jacuzzi tub. NOPE! This room had the appearance of a made over handicapped room. No jacuzzi - one room - and it was a wide open space - obviously designed for a wheelchair bound person to move about easily. Parking was okay but the clerk only gave us a parking pass for one night.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Große Lage, nahezu alles. Der Warmwassertube funktionierte nur 1 von 4 Tagen, die wir dort waren, und der Pool, den ich für wärmer fühlte, aber meine Frau sagte, es war am letzten Tag am Morgenschwimmen. Das Hotel hatte während unseres Aufenthalts minimal Personal, aber ich habe immer noch das, was ich brauchte, als ich angerufen habe, so dass das war schön. TIPS: - Zimmer brauchen mehr (oder größere) Gepäckbänke. - Zimmer brauchen einen Recycling-Bin. - Das Hotel braucht mehr Müll und Recycling-Bins auf jedem Stock. So zum Beispiel an jedem Aufzug, in der Nähe der Eis-/Wassermaschine, Hauptbodeneingang (in und aus). - Das Hotel braucht Recycling-Bins auf jeder Etage.

Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war minimal, aber gut.

Must agree with ”BURN IT DOWN” and ”SLEEP IN YOUR CAR” reviews! Welcome to the little hotel of horrors! This hotel was suppose to be our last sleep on our way home from a family road trip. Every hotel room we had stayed at along the way had been checked by my husband beforehand to make sure the room was clean, this time though it was 11 pm and we had been driving all day. The outside appearance seemed good (in the dark) so he went ahead and booked a room. We hauled our things up to the room just to find dog hair and little garbage all over the floor, something smeared on the wall and the mirror. I didn't need to look further, we decided to see if a cleaner room was available. After some time trying, my husband managed to flag down some of the rude front desk staff and they gave him a card for the room right next door. After trying the card a few times the door opened and another guest said ”you got the wrong room”. As he said this I heard a loud bark and decided I should probably wait in our room while my husband tried to explain this was the room number we were given. Before I could take the three steps back into our room, the dog had squeezed it's way out and lunged straight at me! I instantly pushed him off but he chomped down on my hand!! The next minute was a bit of a blur as I wasn't sure who got the dog off of me and the next thing I remember doing was getting our boys back into our room for safety as I did not know where this dog was and by now my daughter has locked herself into the bathroom and is crying in absolute fright! After a moment I went downstairs to tell the staff what had happened and nobody would take responsibility for the error. Then the dog owners came down and apologized, though the room mix up wasn't their fault the dog should have been restrained with a harness. They assured us the dog had rabies shots up to date. We do not know if the dog was cleared to come in or snuck in a back door. We left in frustration and continued our drive toward home discussing what action should be taken. My hand was swelling and had multiple punctures and one longer gash about 3/4” long. When we arrived in Grand Forks we decided that we would ask the advice of the authorities. They recommended seizing the dog till proof of shots was provided, the family did not have any, so the animal was taken in to monitor for ten days. As i write this review we are nearing the end of the ten days praying that rabies treatment will not be necessary. We read many hotel reviews before booking and if we had read all the warnings for this hotel we would never have stayed.

Great pool area for kids! Spent 5 hours at the pool with 7 yr old. Friendly staff and room was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast was standard. WiFi worked great our entire stay. Restaurants and shopping was very close by.

My partner and I stayed at the Homewood Suites for a week when they started their new job in Fargo. I worked remotely from the room. We had a great experience! The room was clean and it was awesome to have a kitchen in the room. I had meal prepped my lunches before I came, so it was great to save some money with the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool facility and hot tub. While we never did make it down to the gym, it had pretty decent equipment. The breakfast was pretty good as well! Always hot options like eggs, some form of breakfast potatoes and meats, oatmeal, waffle maker, etc. I appreciated the house keeping staff. They were always friendly and helpful! Actually, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Working remote was comfortable as well! I had a desk and reliable internet connection. While the desk chair wasn’t the most comfortable, it was still nice to be able to have a designated work station for the week. We definitely plan to stay there again! I would also suggest it to family and friends. Good value, clean and what I expect when I stay at a hotel. I wanted to leave a positive review because the last few hotels we have stayed at didn’t meet our expectations. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and Homewood Suites is doing it right! Keep up the good work!
