We chose to stay in Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 was primarily for convenience as we had a flight the following morning. There was some up and down mainly due to initial impression from front desk (very rude and unhelpful). Pro's - Clean room - Spacious - Bed was confortable - Decent view - Assisted with printing off paper work for our flight - Shuttle to airport is available* Con's - Front desk was very unwelcoming and rude (had issue with checking in, due to some issue with C-Trips representative payment not working; though we paid and secured room via C-Trip several day before which included an invoice and email confirmation; Front desk did not help and didnt want to assist ”deal with it yourself” attitude)＞ very distressing as we potentially had to pay again for the room (making us pay twice). - Hourly airport shuttle available but had to pay (should have inform guest, rather than finding out when we got onto the shuttle bus and catching us by surprise, as we would have rather booked a taxi) - Abit secluded

Das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, der kleine broder der Philippinen ist zu heiß und sehr süß. Wenn Sie sich nicht um die Region, in der das Hotel liegt, schmeckt das Hotel noch gut. Das PS Hotel hat ein pakistanisches Restaurant, das alle A3 ist, sind wir einige Chinesen und der Geschmack ist nicht schlecht.

I’m a Platinum Elite member & stayed in Moxy Slough Hotel during 15th - 23rd July, 2023. I’d like to provide some feedback to the stay: Bright Spots: 1. Every morning, your staff Agnelo was very helpful with a friendly smile. He truly brightened my day. The British Breakfast Sausage was delicious though I had to limit myself to just 1 pc / day or will become seriously overweight. 2. Gym was quite good as it has everything even though it’s a bit small. I especially liked the disinfection wet wipes you offer where I feel very comfortable using all the mats & equipment. A must have for every gym whether in hotel or not. 3. Location: 5 min walk to Slough Station & can take Elizabeth Line to London in about 38-40 mins or to Reading to transfer to other trains to other cities. It costs GBP 8-12 / trip depending on time. As I have to travel to Bath & I don’t like staying in London, for all the noise, & unreasonable hotel rates, nor do I have needs to visit London everyday, this was a good choice for me. 4. Room was a bit small even after the upgrade, but it was alright. The design is always a bit less user friendly than others & that runs thru all the Moxy chains in the world. 5. Above average British Bar, & Indian, Greek Restaurants nearby. Also a good florist. Can improve: 1. My room 319 – Water faucet – too short & made water flow all over the counter easily. The tap also appears to be leaking 2. Daily room cleaning – that was the most annoying part, as even if I requested they missed it for 2 straight days!!! That’s unacceptable. 3. If you enjoy small towns that’s fine though there aren’t any truly good restaurants around (well, even Central London is not known for good food, & kinda expensive) 4. Staff mixed up with the breakfast offering. From my stay in all Brands (even Fairfield brand) under Marriott Hotel Group, I get either free breakfast or points as a Platinum Elite member. When I checked in, that’s what the staff said. Only found out in 2 days this was not the case, as I was not on the list of guests with breakfast, & after further questioning your staff, I only get a cash redeemable voucher. This is certainly not very well managed as your staff provided inconsistent messages, and also, appears to be very calculating with your Elite & loyal members. 5. In staying with any of the chains under Marriott, the rules are always I can leave early without any room charge / penalties as long as I inform the hotel 1 day ahead of time for the Standard rate which has a lot of flexibility, unlike the prepay. Staff mixed this up & tried to charge me for the last day, which, they didn’t at the end after I got a bit upset. I hope the above can give you my honest opinion, as a guest to your hotel, & help you continue to do what you’re good at, & improve where needed.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at this hotel during our sons wedding. More than 25 rooms were booked from both our side and the bride's side. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had anticipated and it marred what should have been a joyful celebration. From the moment we arrived,we encountered numerous issiues. The check-in process was chaotic and poorly organised, leading to significant delays. Our guests were left waiting, which was particularly fustrating given the importance of the occasion. Additionally, the staff's attitude was less than professional. We encountered several instances of rudeness and indifference, which further compounded our fustration.They lacked adequate customer services. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. The accomodations themselves were subpar. Many rooms were not properly cleaned and some amenities listed on the website were either unavailable or in disrepair. This was unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as a premier venue. To make things worse, whilst checking out my son was told to pay £400 for a small damaged stool the found in the lounge. He denied that he had not caused any such damage but they still insisted he pay. When challenged to provide any proof or evidence, they couldn't comply. He initially paid the amount because he had other functions to attend later on. However having raised the issue with the general manager later on, he was then refunded that amount. Basically, he was persecuted for a crime he didn't commit. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor service, incompetant staff and overall disorganization made our stay incedibly stressful during what was supposed to be a happy celebration. I hope that future guests do not endure the same experienc we did. Breakfast not included and additional car parking charges.

Ich habe wirklich mit dieser Buchung geschrotet. Mein Flug wurde abgebrochen, und ich war ein wenig verzweifelt, wo ich übernachten konnte. ”Bianca's Hotel” war etwas günstiger als die Orte nahe dem Flughafen. So buchte ich es und nahm dort einen Taxi. Aber der Taxifahrer konnte den Ort nicht finden. Wir waren in einer Wohnviertel, nicht wohin Sie erwarten könnten, ein Hotel zu finden. So Ich rief das Gebäude an, und der Kerl sagte mir, auf #1 Torridge Road zu gehen und zu #19 zu gehen, was wirklich seltsam erscheint. Ich fragte ihn, ob es ein Zeichen gab, und er sagte nein. Ich meine, welche Art von Hotel braucht, dass Sie eine dunkle Wohnstraße runter gehen. Suchen Sie einen Ort ohne Zeichen? Als ich sagte, dass ich nicht bequem, das zu tun, schlug er vor, dass ich einfach annullieren, und erwähnte, dass er 500 GPB für das Zimmer erhalten könnte (Ich hatte ~200 bezahlt). Ich war zu diesem Zeitpunkt ziemlich ausgezeichnet, so dass ich gerade annulliert und zurück zum Flughafen ging. Später versuchte ich eine Erstattung zu erhalten, und er verweigerte. Er blockierte auch meine Anrufe und markierte mich als keine Show. Also jetzt bin ich die 200 GBP für dieses ”Hotel” plus die 60 GBP für den Taxi dort und zurück. Und nach allem, ich bin gerade übernachtet am Flughafen. Dieser Ort scheint wirklich betrübt.
