Der letzte Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Concierge Zhang Feihong! Von unserer Ankunft im Hotel an begrüßte er uns professionell und enthusiastisch, half uns mit dem Gepäck und beantwortete geduldig alle möglichen Fragen. Dabei stellte er fest, dass ich viele Sachen dabei hatte, und bereitete sorgfältig einen Trolley vor, begleitete mich enthusiastisch und plante sogar die umliegenden Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Voraus für mich. Egal, wie spät ich ihn während meines Aufenthalts kontaktierte, er antwortete prompt und half mir, meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Zhang Feihongs sorgfältiger Service machte diese Reise besonders herzerwärmend. Es war wirklich ein erstklassiges Fünf-Sterne-Serviceerlebnis, sehr empfehlenswert!

It was a pleasant stay, all receptionists during my stay (from 6 to 10 th Mar) were extremely helpful and kind. The room is very clean and tidy, the service is also quite eco friendly. The location is next to the water market and west market, and it is easy to go everywhere. I would recommend this hotel!
