Sehr zufrieden, die Rezeption wird aktiv auf das Lake Landschaftsraum aktualisiert. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht groß ist, ist die Qualität der Dinge sehr gut. Die Rezeption der Teigchen und der Wasserdraht ist auch sehr groß. Ich mag das Rezeption der Zimmer. Außerhalb des Fensters ist das Sonnenlicht und der Südsee. Im Hotel ist ein eigener Garten hinter dem Hotel. Sehr groß. Sehr gut zu sehen. Es ist auch bequem, mit dem Schiff zu fahren. Das Hotel South Lake war hier voll, aber es ist auch sehr gut zu finden! Neben dem Himmel und der Erde des South Lake, das nächste Mal haben Sie die Chance, wieder zu kommen.

帶着寶寶，前台小姐姐給升級了房車的房間，態度很好很親切～要誇一誇這邊的工作人員，普遍都是年輕人，服務態度都很好，能感受到年輕積極有幹勁的氛圍～感謝開擺渡車的小哥哥，回房間的路上剛好碰到煙花綻放，他停下來和我們一家在路上靜靜地一起看完，哈哈，我們小寶全是開了眼了。 酒店是新開的，房間設施都很新很乾凈，第一次住房車很新鮮，周圍環境也很漂亮。 天氣熱傍晚才去玩了地面的遊樂設施，人不多，哈哈哈，不枉我特意避開週六，小寶在室內遊樂園幾乎獨享整個地盤。 總之很好很推薦，特別適合遛娃放電😉早餐也很好吃😋

一次超出預期的美好親子游❤️ 民宿的管家服務簡直貼心～入住前一週就建了專屬的服務羣發佈當天的活動以及一些入住的温馨提示。到了以後也有短駁接送的服務，並且態度真的很奈斯～對小朋友也很友好，讓小朋友全程都非常開心🥳 入住儀式也很甜，有歡迎水果和管家的手寫卡片，心情也是upup～園區項目比較豐富，而且距離都沒有很遠，小朋友也能走的程度，所以對於帶寶寶的家庭來説非常方便，一站式遛娃聖地。我們玩了小火車、卡丁車、餵動物，這邊建築都很有設計感，景色也很美，所以一路玩玩停停看看拍拍也不覺得累～ 晚上還有livehouse表演（誰表演我不説，反正也是驚喜到了～）以及煙花秀！！小朋友上台表演還有獎勵！！一整天體驗感拉滿了～ 整棟別墅真的很適合全家遊玩，有個很大的大廳這次沒有享用到～以及這裡是寵物友好，帶寵物的家庭應該有不一樣的遊玩線～路上隨機偶遇狗狗們也好幸福啊☺️

酒店的服務和設施都讓我非常滿意!酒店外觀時尚美觀，內部裝修豪華大氣，大堂的設計高大上檔次，服務熱情專業，工作人員服務意識很強，熱情周到，細緻主動提供幫助，前台服務貼心周到,辦理入住時耐心詢問，安排滿意的房間，介紹酒店的特色服務;送房服務及時高效，態度熱情，酒店工作人員主動問好，退房時間問入住感受，認真聆聽意見和建議並記錄，餐飲豐富品種多，麪檔各種澆頭看着就令人胃口大開，味道特比贊，南北方口味都適合，各種肉類品質新鮮，中餐廳的菜品口味地道，推薦的菜品味道都很好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，玻璃擦拭明亮，外面的湖景一覽無餘，公共區域乾淨明亮，沒有垃圾和灰塵，電梯按鈕擦拭的很乾凈，還有消毒過後的氣味，設施齊全，房間的電動窗簾操作方便，環境優美靜謐，酒店被綠植環繞，空氣清新，在湖邊散步很愜意，在房間裏也能欣賞到美麗的湖景，讓人心情輕鬆愉快！非常不錯的一家酒店，性價比超高！下次來還選擇這家，非常值得推薦

The room is very spacious and the layout is good. Its kind of a resort layout that enable me to feel relax. The bath room facility is great too. The location is also convenient to the water town area that is within walking distance.

Das Zimmer ist unerwartet gut. Mehr als ich dachte. Die Einrichtungen sind bereit. Besonders viele Schnecken! Wie viele Geräte müssen mehr geladen werden, ist nicht befürchtet! Das Zimmer ist südlich und sieht die Fluss- und Frühlingsplatten. Wichtig ist, dass es sehr nahe am Schwimmbad ist und nahe am Boden liegt. Der Spielende kann wieder auf dem Bad zurückkehren. Sehr bequem! Besonders empfehlenswert, die Familie der Kinder zu erholen, um zu schwimmen!

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Das Haus der Eltern dieses Aufenthalts ist wirklich so überraschend! Das Zimmer ist besonders konzipiert, die Wand ist mit einem schönen Cartoon-Kleinpapier und einem kleinen Schrank und einem Schrank, der speziell für Kinder vorbereitet ist. Das Kind ruft, sobald es in die Tür kommt, ohne dass es sich um eine Mühe kümmert. Das Bett ist das Design von oben und unten, sicher und interessant, die Erwachsenen schlafen und schwimmen und komfortabel, die Kinder spielen nicht lustig auf dem oberen. Die Nacht gab ich auch Milch und kleinen Kuchen, und das Kind kam schnell ins Schlafland mit seinem Puppen. Hier leben nicht nur glücklich für Kinder, wir erwachsene können auch einfach ausruhen, das nächste Mal mit dem Baby zu reisen und hier zu wählen!

Für den Preis, denke ich nicht, Sie könnten ein besseres Hotel finden. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Betten super komfortable.
