Ocean Coral Spring war ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal ist fantastisch und sorgt für Ihre Bedürfnisse. Wayne aus dem Blue Team war erstaunlich, große Persönlichkeit und sehr Menschen orientiert, er macht Sie sich begrüßen.

Meine Familie und ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Essen und der Service waren unverschämt. Die Einrichtungen waren auch fantastisch, leider war der Aufenthalt kurz, so konnten die meisten Aktivitäten nicht ablassen. Bemerkenswerter Erwähnung an das Personal Cranston, der oben aus seinem Weg ging, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Anfragen gewürdigt wurden ( geben Sie diesem Kerl einen Aufstieg) Ich würde definitiv nach Royalton zurückkehren.

Die Einrichtungen sind wirklich süß. Allerdings muss der Kundenservice im Allgemeinen verbessert werden. Essen und Unterhaltung sind ok. Das beste Geschmack ist im Captains Market Restaurant. Genießen Sie Bowling.

TRANSFER TIME - approx. 20 mins from airport HOTEL STAFF - some of the staff have been fantastic - Kellon (special-K) is a fantastic, wonderful man and we have loved chatting with him. Also a special mention for Trevayne and Gary but this can’t be said across the board. If you have an issue or problem, don’t expect it to be sorted out. The typical response is ‘there isn’t much we can do….’ ROOMS - Rooms are dated and could do with modernising. We had a 2 bedroom part-ocean view in block C (3 accommodation blocks). Block C is furthest away from what I would call the ‘party pool’ and where evening entertainment happens, however, our room was still extremely noisy at night - it is NOT soundproof at all. The wind gusts through the whole suite through poorly fitted doors and windows. The room overlooks the main road on one side which means more noise on top of the wind and on the last night (after no sleep for 7 nights) there was a big wedding right outside of the room with no forewarning from the hotel at all.i have a health condition that relies on getting good sleep and the hotel wasn’t interested in sorting it out in the slightest. Our room also has a kitchenette area (you may see these in the photographs) but don’t expect to be able to use it - there are no pots and pans, crockery etc and no kettle/coffee maker. Other than the fridge - it’s kind of a bit pointless being there. The fridge is stocked with fizzy drink, bottled water and cans of red *****e beer. Rooms are cool enough with the air conditioning (this is from someone who can get very hot and needs good air conditioning). FACILITIES - there are two pools and a man-made beach area. There are more limited sunbeds around the pools compared to the beach which has lots of sunbeds (the ocean is warmer than the pools). I would describe one pool as being quieter than the other. I didn’t visit the gym or spa and didn’t have need for the kids facilities. There is entertainment but we don’t really access this when on holiday so I can’t comment much on it. Sunbed towels are readily available at no extra charge or deposit. FOOD AND DRINK - if you are looking for a traditional ‘buffet’ style eating system then this isn’t for you. There is a buffet for breakfast and lunch but bot for the evening meal. For this you go to one of restaurants having prebooked a table or just turn up and then wait for a table to become available (we never waited longer than 30mins). There is a steakhouse, Italian, Asian food, mexican food. My husband has an unusual food allergy which I tried to sort out with staff but they never seemed to understand what the issue was - so he ended up eating steak for dinner most days and us eating separately so my so and I could wat more varied food. Not what you want on a family holiday, eating in separate locations. I have no idea why we couldn’t pre-order something before the different coatings a d spices were added. a few days which was frustrating. Breakfast is ok - can sometime

Ich kam einen Tag früher, um das Gebäude zu entdecken und die verschiedenen Orte, die in unserem Spaß- und Check-in-Route im MBJ Flughafen war ein Brise und mit Klasse und einem schönen Lächeln gemacht. Ich wusste sofort, dass die Lage und das Personal die richtige Wahl war. Ich kam zum Resort und wurde mit einem sehr herzlichen Willkommen von Bellman Andrew, der meine Taschen genommen und mich an den Front Desk um Schlüssel zu holen. Ich war früh angekommen und mein Zimmer war nicht bereit, aber mit einem Lächeln war ich gedacht, das Eigentum zu genießen und zu essen, bis mein Zimmer verfügbar wurde. Das Vorzeigepersonal schlug zum Mittagessen im Restaurant The Roots vor, das auch Horizons genannt wurde, aber es war nicht enttäuscht. Das Menü war authentisch jamaikanisches und ich genossen erstaunliche jamaikanische gefrierte Hühnchen, ein Rum-Kakao für Dessert. Der Service war schnell und aufmerksam. Sie half meinen Kunden, Upgrades zu erhalten und sicherte, dass jeder Schritt des Check-in-Prozesses reibungslos und detailliert mit einer klaren Darstellung aller Dinge, die sie meinen Kunden lieferte. Diese Damen waren phänomenal und ihre hervorragende Service wurde definitiv belohnt. Die 5-Tage-Erfahrung im Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall war ganz oben und ich werde sicher mit mehr Kunden zurückkehren.
