Check in and out was quick. Room was very clean and spacious. Good location and safe. Breakfast left something to be desired as the eggs sit for quite some time in a tray and harden. There’s also breakfast sausages and yogurt.

This place is very nice,clean and staff very accommodating. I went to get a snack late night at the lobby nobody was down there but I left $ for my snack and my room,thought that was odd but besides that it's a nice place.

Customer service great ! Closet door and toilet paper roll dispenser broken 🤦🏻‍♀️

The lady at the front desk was super friendly, and accommodating. But the hotel itself was so smelly. We made our way up to our floor and the whole hallway stunk like cigarettes and body odor. We were not surprised to find our room had the same smells. My husband noticed our toilet was clogged right away, as well, before we even used it. I lifted up the sheets on the bed and the mattress was COVERED in blood/puke looking stains.. It was so gross I was terrified to sleep there. The walls were so thin, and our neighbors were loud as heck slamming doors, stomping around. One person sounded like they were banging on the walls the majority of the night. The pool was also under “renovation” so we couldn’t even use it. The complimentary breakfast was okay, it was super sad and bland but it was edible. We ended up cancelling our stay after one night, we got a MUCH better, and clean, room at The Hampton Vallejo. Do not stay here.

I stayed there for a whole week and I never had hot water in the shower. I repeatedly told management and housekeeping and nothing was done

It said pool and hot tub and not available. Breakfast buffet not filled. The tv had no plug! Late check ins

I love how well located it was, breakfast great, we stayed on the first floor, the price was very reasonable. The Asian guy who works in the reception was very attentive.

Stains on towels, eyelashes ( other person) left in bathroom, pimple patches left on headboard. But, overall, they accomadated us for a extended stay.

Did even get my deposit back and for being my first experience at this hotel I expected faster better service. Other trash that ready check in and parking Is a hit or miss.

There was an insufficient supply of hot water when we have rontake a shower. When a number of guests seem to be using the hot water at the same time, you will suddenly just have cold water (when taking a bath).

Staff was very nice, we had stayed for 3 nights, pet friendly for a few, breakfast had large assortment of options, quiet at night, The room was substandard , carpet looked pieced together, chair for desk needed a trip to dump, something I would of expected from a 1 star hotel,

Furniture was torn and old. Bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel is undergoing some construction updates; but so far, still falls short. The free breakfast was sub par. Sausage was dry and shriveled. Not many choices. The front desk clerk on the night we checked in seemed unenthusiastic and put out that he had to take the time to help us.
