Terrible stay: no replacement bath towels TV remote did not work, no assistance rendered NO HOUSECLEANING - had to change our own sheets Good points The desk people were very nice! Breakfast was ok!! Place was clean, but…. The place is clearly understaffed…I have never seen anything like this.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was a little stuffy. Breakfast is always a plus!

Room was clean , bed was comfy, and breakfast was fantastic. However- water in the shower took forever to warm up (like 5 minutes or more) and there was a bright spotlight shining on the building right into our room - no blackout curtain. Very difficult to sleep

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, the breakfast was good, but no wheat bread, no brown sugar. The bathroom is a little small comparing with others Holiday Inn. The employees are so kind. The only thing that we don't liked it was a car late at night with music; we heard the music in our 3rd floor room.

I checked in at 3 and I needed to shower before a dinner meeting and there was no hot water. I let it run for over 10 minutes before I decided to just take a very fast cold shower. The next morning there was plenty of hot water so not sure why they would turn down the water heater. Also the toilet roll kept falling off the wall and they m didn’t replenish they cookies for checkins.

The hotel seemed ok. We needed towels and staff was not prepared with sufficient towels when guest needed. Limited breakfast items

Very affordable and convenient! Clean rooms and great shower. Warm breakfast included.

Called asking about early check in option and whoever answered clearly had no interest to even check if it’s an option. When we arrived late at night there are bugs in the room. Son killed a roach when closing blinds? Ladybug on wall and in AM found several bugs in bathroom on towels. Gross!

The hotel was nice and clean! Well kept but overpriced! The staff was excellent. Breakfast was “okay” eggs looked like “powdered eggs” staff did not attend to breakfast replenishments as needed… pancake/waffle batter was not there. Stayed at Holiday Inns before and the breakfast was very good!

It was pretty “meh” across the board. My biggest complaint was noise, which awoke me several times throughout the night. I’m not sure whether it was the cleaning staff or other guests but the sound of doors closing was super loud. Room was pretty clean, though I found it odd that clean towels were placed on top of the toilet. Breakfast was lackluster. Tables were dirty, I couldn’t find any syrup except for sugar free syrup. Air conditioning was very loud, and blew cold air regardless of the temperature it was set at. For the price, I don’t think this was worth it.

It wasn’t that clean the bathrooms, Especially!!!

This property had a nice pool and fire pit as well as volleyball and was located within walk of a good restaurant and some carry out places.

Typical Holiday Inn express very clean friendly
