Wij mijn schoondochter en ik, zijn er op 3 januari voor de 3e keer een nachtje wezen logeren, inclusief een heerlijk ontbijt. Wij wonen maar 25 km bij het hotel vandaan, maar vinden het prettig als er avonds wat te doen is in Emmen, lekker te overnachten in het hotel. 3 januari gingen wij naar Wildnights, nou daar hebben we van genoten, wat was het mooi, en zelfs het weer was prima. Na afloop naar het hotel, nog wat drinken en mijn schoondochter nam een lekker toetje, dat was ook geen probleem. Wij komen zeker volgend jaar weer een nachtje logeren.

Schönes Hotel, sehr willkommen. Die Lage am Rande der Stadt war für meine gewöhnliche späten Nachtwanderung atemberaubend, die Nachbarschaft ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Das Familienzimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war geräumig und bietet genügend Luxus. Die Betten waren komfortabel und das Badezimmer mit einem Tube war sauber und schön. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Restaurant ist wirklich schön dekoriert. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Horrible service. Unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I had emailed the hotel to say that we would be arriving after 11pm for check in. I received a polite reply that said, ” That is no problem”. I continued to keep the hotel informed va email once we left Amsterdam. They did not inform us that there was a fesival in thier town and that it would be difficult to get to the hotel. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, I phoned the Hotel directly. The man who I spoke too was the most unfriendly, unsympathetic and unhelpful person. He basically said that it would be impossible to get to the hotel and that he could not help us. When I pressed for more information, he suggested I park the car anywhere that I can find a place and walk to the hotel. When I asked how far away we were and how long it would take to to walk to the hotel, he laughed and said that it would take us all night. Very disappointing and disheartening when we had 2 rooms booked and paid 691 euros (345.50 euros per room; 1 comfort double and 1 comfort twin). We arrived approximately 15 minutes later (around 3am!). I explained that the service was terrible in getting there. They tried to blame it on all the drunk people at the festival when in fact, the service from the hotel was unsatisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good (at the restaurant across the street) but we were only there for a few hours. The service of the staff in the morning made up for the unacceptable, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful man from the night before. He should not be working in the tourism industry. Disappointingly, this was our first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. Which is a shame as we like to support small, family run businesses. I do not recommend staying here during the weekend that we stayed in June. We were there for the MotoGP and will stay elsewhere next time. I suggest you do the same.

Ich persönlich hatte nur ein mittelmäßiges Hotel auf der Website erwartet. Aber... es war viel mehr als das. Schönes Establishment, wunderschöne Frühstücksraum mit Hilton wertvolles Frühstücksbuffet (von frischem Saft bis zu einem breiten Spektrum von frischen Brot, frischem Bohnen Kaffee) Gastfreundschaft und ein tolles Zimmer. Dusche war eine Wellness-Erfahrung. Sehr schöner Strahl und perfekter Druck. Der Besitzer hat mich herzlich in der Nacht nach der Arbeit empfangen. Sehr gastfreundlich und freundliches Personal. riesige Empfehlung. Premium Preis-Qualität-Verhältnis. Ich möchte hier im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Und raten Sie jemandem, der zweifelt, dieses Hotel zu buchen.
