Das Zimmer war großartig. Bett sehr bequem. Hatte keinen Kühlschrank oder Mikrowelle. Ich mache morgens gerne Tee mit Sahne und alles, was sie hatten, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Für $300+ pro Nacht wären Annehmlichkeiten schön.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut brillant - die Angestellten sind fantastisch, das bequemste Bett, in dem ich je geschlafen habe, und wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Hafenblick. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Lage - aber sie machen das wieder wett, indem sie mehrere Möglichkeiten anbieten, um kostenlos in die Innenstadt zu gelangen.

Sehr langsamer Reaktionsservice an der Rezeption rief 5x an, damit jemand in mein Zimmer kommt, um mir beim Gepäcktransport in die Lobby zu helfen

One of the best hotels  stayed, ample space and amenities, very good lighting and great location of course. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed at an upgraded harbor view king room. One of the largest and nicest room I have stayed this year at the price of a Marriott Courtyard stay downtown. Almost everything can be controlled via the IPad. Mini bar is stocked with drink and snacks, the price is steep and the items will be charged to you room if you pick them up for more than 30 secs. The front desk staff did warn me of that so I was not surprised by that. You will have to pay to use the fridge if you want to store your own items. Aside from the location, everything else is 5 star for me But from what I read online, the Encore does offer shuttle services to downtown/chinatown. Will stay again if I’m ever in Boston in the future.

I was in the area looking at universities with my son. Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night. The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the casino (I didn't realise it was a casino) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!
