What an amazing location just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. Perfect getaway to start the new year with m'lady, and this place exceeded our expectations. We stayed in cottage #1 and loved every minute of it: jacuzzi tub in the room, hot tub outside on the front porch, riverfront property with a propane grill out front looking right into the trees, and smack in the middle of Estes and the national park. 10/10 recommend, we will be staying here again!

We stayed here as a getaway for my birthday. We wanted a place in the mountains with a hot tub and this was perfect. I was concerned that there wouldn’t be enough privacy for the hot tub but it was great. We didn’t see anyone any time we were out there. The room was decorated cute and looked recently remodeled and was very clean. It was furnished with dishes, oil, salt and pepper and k-cups of coffee and hot chocolate. We did buy coffee of our choice. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there was a hair dryer. We did not try out the jacuzzi tub but there were robes and slippers for walking out to the hot tub. We stayed in cabin 2. I’m sure each one looks different inside. I highly recommend this place. We will come again in the summer.

We stayed in one of the cottages and loved it! The room was spacious and clean with a large bed that was very comfortable. We loved that the room had a little kitchen and also a Jacuzzi. We also loved the gas fireplace that was controlled by the thermostat. Our cottage was near the river, so it was only a short walk away and was very pretty and serene. The location of the resort was great too. It was only a very short drive back into Estes Park and also a short drive into Rocky Mountain National Park. I think it was a great location! We would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent place in the heart of nature, very close to Rocky Mountains. It is also very close to Estes Park downtown. We loved the room and the grill on the balcony. The front desk is friendly and the room was well decorated and clean. We would certainly come back in future.

This hidden little gem is the best place to stay in Estes Park. We had such a good time and the river running through the property was an incredible feature for maximum relaxation. The support from the owners was unmatched. We would all HIGHLY recommend it as a place to stay and will be back.

Delighted to stay here again and although it’s now under new ownership, nothing has changed. We stayed in Cabin 1 by the river. It’s very well fitted out with a jacuzzi bath, fridge, reasonable kitchen, good comfortable bed and more. Outside is a hot tub, gas BBQ and seats by the river. A perfect place to relax and only a few miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entry. Loved our time here and sorry to leave.

Was great and we didn’t want to leave. The river viewed and heard from the room and balcony made it so worth it. It’s in a peaceful spot just outside one of the RMNP entrances. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfast - fridge microwave dishwasher and dishes. Couch was very comfortable in our room and it even had a fireplace and spa tub. Bed was hard to me, but hotel beds always are so I think it’s me. Loved it!

Our comfortable and relaxing stay at Stonebrook Resort was the highlight of our trip to Colorado. We stayed in Cottage #1 which is on the first floor, a few feet from the Fall River. The peaceful sound of the rushing river lulled us to sleep each night and provided a gorgeous view from the patio while we enjoyed morning coffee. Although we did not use the kitchenette, we happily used the provided Keurig machine and K-cups. The location is ideal, a few minutes drive from both Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great location on the river. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely having our own hot tub overlooking the river. Great location for getting into Rocky Mountain National Park but please note you need a RESERVATION to get in between 9am & 2pm and they can be booked 120 days in advance.
