Conveniently located near a shopping center and a yummy pizza restaurant just under the hotel (yes, we went there for dinner). The room was small, but the bed was very comfy. The bathroom had all the amenities needed, but there was some strange smell coming up from the sewer. But that was gone as soon as we started to use the shower. The best part was without doubt the breakfast buffet. If you like a full traditional Swedish breakfast with all the ingredients, then you have come to the right place!

I’ve been a guest at this hotel several times this year. For me what sets it apart is the staff, especially those on reception. They are always welcoming with a smile and a pleasant Hej or good morning. Now sometimes at hotels things don’t go according to plan and this is where the reception team really step up. On one occasion there was a party over the river. I went down at 10:30 and nothing was too much for Faisa, she had me moved rooms while keeping access to my original room, so I didn’t have to move my belongings. On a couple of occasions housekeeping missed my room and reception again had this sorted the same day. During my last stay the system went down for checking me in. Eleanor on reception kept a calm head and was very professional. Even when some of the lights didn’t work in my room, she took it personally on herself to fix the problem. If I could make one suggestion it would be that someone checks over the rooms after housekeeping or before new guests arrive. Just to make sure everything works as it should. The breakfast here is plentiful, and you can go up as often as you like. The smoothie shots hit the spot (even though I put mine in a larger glass) I also like the tablet drinks dispenser. For me the coffee is the best around. The breakfast staff are also friendly. Usually wondering why I am standing over the toaster. There is payable parking out of the front or in the shopping mall nearby. The WIFI is also very good. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 ironing boards for guests to use. Washing power is also supplied.

This is a good hotel, but not outstanding. It is well located in Eskilstuna, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and close by to a number of good restaurants and bars. Naturally as an Elite Hotel, there is a Bishop Arms attached to it - which offers a wonderful selection of beer and wines, all served in a friendly pub style bar. The hotel itself is clean, and has a welcoming reception area with a good selection of food for breakfast. The rooms are fairly small, and disappointingly they do not have air conditioning. The beds are small singles, or two singles pushed together to make a double. I have stayed at the Elite Hotel in Eskilstuna a few times, and it is a perfectly good hotel, but the rooms could be better. Other Elite hotels such as the one in Växjö, seem to be better overall for size and quality of rooms.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit erstaunlichem Personal: sehr schön, warm und gerne zu helfen. Bevor wir ankamen, habe ich eine perfekte Kommunikation durch Buchungsanwendungen mit Lina, die sehr besorgt war, alle meine Fragen und Probleme effizient zu lösen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, uns alle Details geben wir, wir brauchen sogar Empfehlungen zum Tee, die Eincheckung war reibungslos und schnell. Das Zimmer war unstümlich sauber, sorgfältig gemacht und wir fanden eine schöne Willkommensbemerkung von Eliza. Das Hotel bietet Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag und am Nachmittag eine sehr schwedische Fika mit Cookies und Pasta. Auch das Personal im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam, immer lächeln und ständig fragen, ob wir etwas brauchen, Alle meine Glückwünsche zum Chef, ich habe eine spezielle Ernährung und er machte es sehr geschmackvoll und gesund. Ein Hinweis für die Geschichteliebhaber: Das Hotel bietet kostenfreien Eintritt im Munktell Museum, und das Hotel ist auch fast eine Erweiterung des Museums, gut mit historischen Industrieausrüstungen und Fotos im Zusammenhang mit der Geschichte Munktell dekoriert. Vielen Dank an alle Menschen vom Clarion Bolinder Munktelli Hotel, von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant und Reinigung, für uns eine charmante und perfekte Urlaubsmenge an fröhliches Gedächtnis. Und ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Mitarbeiter für uns einen magischen Schnee bestellt haben, wie in den nordischen Fräulein Geschichten.

Ich habe vor 10 Nächten hier geblieben, um ehrlich zu sein die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein, die Dekoration ist ein bisschen datiert und benötigt eine Aktualisierung, das Bad-Sänk war klein nicht genug Raum für die Reinigung Ihrer Zähne. Auf positivem Hinweis war das Frühstück gut mit Ladung der Wahl, gutes kostenloses Fitness, vernünftiges WLAN, hätte ich diesen 3-Sterne gegeben, aber wegen der großen Mitarbeiter habe ich es 4 Sterne ⭐️ Würde ich zurückkommen? Ja, wahrscheinlich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber nicht für einen langen Aufenthalt, es sei denn, ich hatte ein größeres Zimmer, etwas klaustrophobisch in den Einzelzimmern.
