We had a short stay of 4 nights at the hotel, in a 3 person room. We've had a good global experience as the personel was very nice. Ideally located nearby the city center though if you like walking take a pair of good shoes. 🙂 The tenants of the place are really charming and professional.

This is a hotel that calls itself a "boutique hotel" and it has nothing like that! At first the service was good, but when they gave us the room it was dirty, the TV and air conditioning controls were not working, the rooms had ants everywhere, the coffee maker had old water, stagnant who knows how long ago. But my fiancé and I decided to stay because of the location, it's the only good thing it offers. The breakfasts are the same every day, and out of only 3 options they offer, some days they only had 2 or 1. It is NOT at all the breakfast of the photos!!!!. There was one day I asked for salt to put on my eggs and they told me they didn't have any...they were in a kitchen, how is that possible!!???. Anyway, we were still there because of the location. The icing on the cake is that yesterday, we scheduled a tour that would take us a few hours, so we would have to return to the hotel at 12 pm, to which we were told that we could not leave our things because check out was at 11 am, otherwise we would have to pay another night!!!! All hotels give 1 hour or even 30 minutes extra for courtesy, and check out was at 12 pm!!!! We had to put up with so many things and in the end they can't even do us a favor no matter that we are tourists!!!! If you go to Costa Rica, it is better to pay this money in an American hotel or another one that has real quality standards!!!!

En términos general bien, tiene oportunidades de mejora con la insonorización de las habitaciones, a buena mañana fui despertado por el tropel de niños que bajaban y subían las escaleras de la habitación de arriba. La sobre funda del colchón tenía una mancha por lo cual no quise retirar la sábana que estaba encima. El desayuno es rico y abundante, sumamente positivo. Te entregan llave tanto de acceso a la habitación como para puerta principal del alojamiento. La ubicación es súper buena.
