I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I checked in on the 15th at 2:00 PM, and from that moment until 6:00 PM, my room was filled with the relentless noise of loud construction directly above. The next morning, the hammering and drilling resumed again from 9:00 AM sharp. I called reception three times asking them to address the issue — they did absolutely nothing. When I requested to speak to the manager, they said they'd arrange a call back, which never happened. When I went down personally to ask why no one followed up, they casually said the manager was “on leave.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite my repeated complaints, I was not offered an alternate room away from the noise. Instead, a staff member at reception told me to "adjust" with the sound until 6:00 PM. That’s not hospitality — that’s neglect. What’s worse, my wife got her period and accidentally stained the bedsheet slightly. The hotel showed zero understanding or dignity — instead, they charged us a shocking ₹2947 as a “stain charge.” She was humiliated and deeply offended by the staff’s tone and handling of the situation. On top of all this, they failed to provide the Wi-Fi password even after multiple requests. And one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the promise of a pool facility — only to be told after check-in that the pool was "under maintenance." There was no mention of this on their website during booking, which is plain deception. From the unbearable noise, to the appalling customer service, lack of basic amenities, and insulting extra charges — this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I am demanding a full refund for this disastrous stay. The experience was unacceptable on every level. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good and vibrant property with lot of food and bar options. I have visited thier lounge bar and the open terrace also looking very good. The pool deck also they are opens at evening. Food also very good. Keep going Coral. They do have good function halls as well.

The hotel room was great however I had a horrible experience with the reception / front desk manager who was forcing me to "buy" and take the bedsheet with me because there was a small stain on it by paying 1500 rs. This is the first time in my life I ever faced a situation like this where I was shown a picture of a stain and was forced to pay for the bedsheet as apparently it was damage. And when I refused to pay I was told - "fine! You go! I will pay from my pocket" and he stormed away. When I tried to explain a stain of this kind is washable and a simple wash removes they kept saying I have "damaged the bedsheet" and i have to buy and take it with me. This was a horrible experience and even though the room and food was good , I will never come back to this hotel as I was humiliated so horribly at the time of checkout.

Whenever I come to kochi I stay at coral isle without any second thoughts excellent stay at the perfect price friendly staff and secure place and really tasty food they have an excellent pool with amazing view of the city awesome place to stay

The check in time is 2 PM. We confirmed our checkin over a call at 11:15 AM that we will be checking in late. After reaching at 6 PM, we were alloted a regular room instead of the suite room and upon asking they realised that it was not the room we had booked. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes, the staff was busy chit chatting while ignoring us completely. When confronted, they put us into another room and then said it will just take 5 more minutes to get the room ready. After 20 minutes and no updates, we asked to see.the general manager who was suspiciously not at the property and somehow did not want to meet us that day. After 1 full hour, and 5 hours post stipulated checkin time we were alloted the room we had booked for. The rooftop bar DJ liked bass more than the baby in Salman Khan song so our room felt the vibrations disturbing us for 5 more hours.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean. Room service is very good. Rooftop bar has nice ambience with live music. Staffs are very friendly. The restaurant is clean and good. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. One of the best places to stay at kochi.
