"First of all, our bed sheets had blood and other stains on them. On complaining they did not care. They had our money and the manager actually put the phone down on us. This hotel was not very nice at all. The hotel itself and the rooms are in very bad condition. Dirty and neglected. On walking up the stairs to the main corridor part of the ceiling had fallen down and nobody had cleaned it up. On arrival we had briefly seen the room and were asked to pay immediately. This was unusual in Sicily and the only time we were asked to pay upfront. On closer inspection of the room it was apparent it was in bad condition so we asked to leave. We were told by the man on reception that we could not have a refund and he would contact the police. After discovered the dirty sheets we went to reception to get some clean sheets but reception was closed and there was no one about. We slept on our own beach towels. The next morning we were at reception with our bags before it opened. The lady said she would ring the manager but said he would not care. He wasn’t interested at all."

"Negative Bewertung: Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, das nicht einmal ein 2-Sterne-Hotel wert war Ich habe kürzlich in diesem 4-Sterne-Resort mit Spa übernachtet, aber leider war meine Erfahrung äußerst enttäuschend und weit entfernt von dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieses Kalibers erwarten würde. Von Anfang an häuften sich die Probleme. Die Preise waren für das einzige verfügbare Angebot exorbitant, und die Situation verschlimmerte sich, als ich, obwohl wir zu zweit waren, gezwungen war, ein Dreibettzimmer zu buchen, mit der zusätzlichen Belastung, das Frühstück für die nicht vorhandene dritte Person bezahlen zu müssen. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, fühlten wir uns in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt: ein Zimmer, das in den 1970er-Jahren steckengeblieben schien, mit einem steinharten Bett ohne Matratzenauflage, ein entscheidendes Element für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge waren völlig nutzlos, sodass schon um 6 Uhr morgens Licht ins Zimmer drang und ich aufwachen musste. Das Badezimmer war in einem schrecklichen Zustand, überall voller Flecken und Vergilbung – ein wahrer Albtraum. Um 7:00 Uhr morgens ging ich entnervt zur Rezeption und bat um ein anderes Zimmer. Die Antwort war gelinde gesagt beunruhigend: Mir wurde ein identisches Zimmer mit den gleichen, wenn nicht sogar noch schlimmeren Mängeln angeboten, da die Aussicht vom Balkon sogar noch schlechter war. Ich fühlte mich betrogen, und die Unhöflichkeit des Personals verstärkte meine Frustration nur noch. Um das Ganze abzurunden: In einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde man ein Willkommensset (Hausschuhe, Seife, Duschhauben) erwarten, aber nichts davon fand ich. Ich bat um eine Rückerstattung des Frühstückspreises für die dritte Person, die nicht da war, und mir wurde gesagt, dass dies unmöglich sei, da ich trotz meiner Situation ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht hatte. Das Frühstück war süß und enthielt viele Tiefkühlprodukte. Ich probierte ein Sahnecroissant, und es war mit Unmengen an Sahne zubereitet. Die einzigen Pluspunkte waren der Joghurttisch und der gesamte Außenbereich (Pool und Meer). Kurz gesagt: Es war eine absolut negative Erfahrung. Das Hotel entspricht nicht im Geringsten den Standards eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Der Service war unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit und die Qualität der Zimmer ist für den Preis inakzeptabel. Ich rate dringend von dieser Unterkunft ab."

"Wir haben zu zweit vier Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Preisleistung für 280 € stimmt. Für die kurze Dauer war es insgesamt in Ordnung. Da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, können wir hierzu keine Bewertung abgeben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage direkt am Wasser und die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Auch das Badezimmer mit Fenster hat uns gut gefallen. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden an drei von vier Nächten Veranstaltungen bzw. Geburtstagsfeiern statt, sodass es bis etwa 1:00 Uhr nachts Musik gab, was etwas störend war. Das Personal war freundlich, und das Housekeeping hat einen guten Job gemacht. Insgesamt ein in Ordnung befindliches Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt."
