Personal sowie Service war sehr gut. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sicher weiter zu empfehlen. Auch meine Freunde oder Kolleg:innen haben als sie mich im Hotel besucht haben, haben das Personal gelobt.

Unglaublich guter Service. Saubere Zimmer tolles GYM. Die außen Bar ist immer mit super freundlichen personal besetzt. Es gibt eine VIP Lounge die empfehlenswert ist und eine super Service bietet, Angel die Dame die diese betreut hat ihren Namen wirklich verdient. Sei es Informationen über Erbil, bookings oder nur die Ruhe die diese Lounge biete um zu arbeiten oder nur einen Kaffee zu trinken.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and transportation options. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A great stay overall! And thanks miss Tereza miss Yara and mr Ubai and mr Ali me Avak and all staff reception

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. A special shoutout to Terez, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service!

The service is bad at the pool. No one took my orders. I needed a bottle of water It took me about an hour to find someone to ask for it. It was like self-service. You have to bring everything by yourself. The music was low. Overall experience is not to be repeated.

We visited ramada for pool access. First its very small. Second we requested to hear some music as the construction next door was too loud but with no action as they kept saying now we will higher the volume. In conclusion, the service is terrible.. in addition, no kne came and asked if we would like to order any drink… not even one employee showed up.

It was an amazing staying, very friendly people and clean hotel, kids enjoy the pool and they have a variety food on breakfast. And Ms Terez and Mr. Ubai helped us a lot during our stay. Definitely we will return to the same hotel in our next visit
