Welcome to Ephraim’s Pearl, hosted by the property manager! This lovely two bedroom, one bath condo is located just footsteps from the breathtaking shoreline for Green Bay and downtown Ephraim. The unit is on the second floor and has a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials. You will have complete access to the beautiful shared garden, gazebo, and Weber grills. The unit is on the second floor, overlooking the beautiful garden from your own private balcony. Our perfectly located condo is just a block from the waterfront where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and stunning views. We are just a short walk to restaurants, coffee and wine shops, the famous Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor and so much more. It’s our wonderful happy place and we hope you love your stay! If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, we have “Cedar Haven" (sleeps 6, in same building).
