Wir hatten einen entspannenden Aufenthalt im Fairfield von Marriott Medellin Sabaneta. Die Lage des Hotels ist nur einen Spaziergang vom Mayorca Shopping Outlet Mall entfernt. Durch Mayorca Shopping Outlet können Sie zum U-Bahnhof erreichen. Das U-Bahn-System ist eine gute Transportmethode für die Reise in Medellín. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, komfortabel und sicher. Das Zimmer hat auch einen schönen Stadtblick. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet. Das ist von 6 bis 10 Uhr geöffnet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderes Dank an Jefferson. Er war sehr willkommen, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und verfügt über freundliches Personal. Ich empfehle das Fairfield von Marriott Medellin Sabaneta, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Hotel zum Aufenthalt.

Ich wähle diese Grundstücksbasis auf der Hotel-Website und wenige Bewertungen online. 5 Starts Hotel bedeutet einen außergewöhnlichen Service, Kundenservice, und oberhalb und über den Kundenservice. Mein Zimmer war 1306 sehr klein, Grundzimmer, nicht willkommen Einrichtungen (Wasserkampf oder irgendwelche Süßigkeiten wie andere 5 Start-Hotels. Die Handtücher sind absolut unpassend wie alte und gefärbte Handtücher, einige mit Bettwäsche. Die Stühle waren nicht in guter Form und schmutzig. Der Stühle war nicht schmutzig, aber sie sehen alt und wetterlich aus. Frühstück war lecker, lokales Essen, und mehrere Wahlen zum Essen, kontinental & amerikanischer Frühstücksstil verfügbar. Der Teil ist extrem klein Mikrobrot , so müssen Sie in Ihre Platte platzieren können Stücke, weil sie zu klein sind. Armer Kundenservice und die meisten Mitarbeiter fühlen sich nur, weil sie im Hotel arbeiten. Außer wenigen Menschen. Bei meiner Ankunft nicht höflich überhaupt, keine Wasserflasche ergänzend so im Vergleich zum Urlaub Inn Express & Suites gelegen ein Block unten, die über & über geht, um uns zu begrüßen im Hotel. Für den Preis, den ich bezahlte, ist es nicht sinnvoll, große Mengen an Geld für zu verbringen. Sehr schlechter Service. Das Hotel Bellman (April 2) am Morgen. War die außergewöhnliche Person als die Mädel in meinem Zimmer (Mary)

Ich habe das Ibis Medellin für 10 Nächte über die ALL Webseite gebucht und Diese zum größten Teil mit angesammelten Rewards Punkten im Voraus bezahlt. Den Rest sollte ich im Hotel zahlen. Allerdings passierte hier, das der Gesamtbetrag über die Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Die Dame sagte mir, man volle den Betrag, bzw. die Differenz wieder gutschreiben, was bis zu 10 Tage dauern könne. Auf Nachfragen nach 15 Tage wurde mir sehr kurz und knapp geschrieben, dass es noch in Bearbeitung sei. Einige Tage später wurde mir nicht der Betrag gutgeschrieben, sondern die Punkte. Auf Schreiben und Erinnerungen, das ich damit nicht einverstanden sei, erhielt ich weder vom Hotel, noch vom ALL Kundenservice eine Antwort. Professionell ist so ein Kundenservice in keinster Weise! Bei meinen ca. 120-130 Übernachtungen pro Jahr, fast alle Geschäftlich, war Accor immer an erster Stelle gesetzt. Aber auch andere Hotelketten (IHG oder Marriott) haben schöne Hotels und gute Rewards Programme!!! Das Ibis Medellin ist ein klassisches Ibis. Zimmer sind sauber und habe eine passende Größe. Frühstück entspricht dem südamerikanischen Still. Betten haben unter dem Bettlaken einen Plastikschutz (Unangenehm).

Ein schönes Hotel in den Hügeln von Medellin. Die Aussicht auf den Stadt ist wirklich schön. Auch vom Rooftop-Pool :-). Auch von der Bar auf dem gleichen Stockwerk. Es war das beste Frühstückbuffet auf unserer Kolumbien-Rundreise. Auch eine schöne Auswahl mit wirklich gutem Brot. Die meisten Zimmer bieten eine schöne Aussicht. Auch der direkte Zugang zur schönen und grossen Mall mit grossen Foodcorner ist toll. Das einzige was wirklich schade war, ist dass keinerlei Getränke oder Speisen am Pool erlaubt sind. Die Bar wäre gleich nebenan. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Insgesamt ist der Preis relativ, besonders weit von der U-Bahnstation entfernt, mindestens 15 Minuten zu Fuß, aber die Route ist kompliziert, basierend auf Fehlern.

Das Charlee Hotel liegt mitten in El Poblado in der Nähe des Lleras-Parks. Der Lleras Park ist das Zentrum des Nachtlebens. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Besuch in Medellin Wirklich gutes Hotel im Zentrum des Nachtlebens von Medellin. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer bemerkenswert ruhig, da der Aufenthaltsbereich des Zimmers nachts mit Glasschiebetüren abgeschottet werden kann. Der Service war großartig und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, einen Pool auf dem Dach und ein Restaurant. Sehr gutes, reichliches Frühstück 🍳

Es un hotel nuevo ( supuestamente 5 estrellas) pero.. no funcionan cosas básicas como la luz del baño, que es un mando muy moderno ( las luces son todas con un mando que varían la intensidad etc.. pero muchos ya tienen borradas las letras que indican su función) Nos cambiamos de habitación..en ésta habitación no funcionaba la apertura de un armario superior ( totalmente necesario dado que viajamos por largo tiempo y tenemos equipaje 🧳🧳) Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a los diferentes tour sólo pudimos desayunar el primer día..y nos dijeron que no preparaban para llevar. Si a eso añadimos que no había nevera, ni para preparar café o té en la habitación..muy decepcionante Tuve que solicitar un gorro de ducha ya que ésta es de lluvia...( Les pareció raro 🤦🏼) también un vaso 🥛 que pedí para el baño y....nunca llegó No hay ventanas para ventilar.. del hall llega mucho olor a comida hasta la entrada de la habitación y hay ruido por las noches de los bares de al lado y de la carretera.. Creo que tienen que mejorar muucho la atención a los clientes y dar servicios mínimos para una categoría no ya de 5 sino incluso de 3 estrellas..( las cajas fuertes nos dijeron que todavía no estaban en funcionamiento. La habitación no nos la hicieron.. un día, no se el motivo No lo recomendaría jamás Lo único bueno la cama que era muy cómoda.

This hotel has definitely allowed me to redefine my former thoughts of what is a budget hotel. Whenever I thought “budget hotel,” I always thought of a hotel that was past its prime & a hotel that was dingy, dark, faded & completely 3rd rate. However, this hotel is completely the opposite of those things. To start, the staff at this hotel is genuinely so kind to their guests & they are equally kind & respectful toward each other. The staff is more than efficient at what they do in their professions & this allows the Ibis Budget Itagüí to have such a “feel good” comfortability. The manager here has chosen a wonderful team & your guests thank you very much! I stayed here for 24 nights & I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed in any other hotel before. My room was very comfortable, with cozy linens & pillows. I slept beautifully in the bed each night. There’s a big curtained window in each room, which covers most of the wall, allowing natural sunlight to enter the room. You can’t open the windows, but the Ibis Budget Itagüí hotel is fresh & clean... & even though I do enjoy fresh air in my room, I have not one complaint with this hotel! The TV is great (with several English channel options) & electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout my room. My Internet was so fast & air-conditioning functioned perfectly. The elevators are very quick & I never waited long for one. Breakfast each morning was surprisingly more extensive than I had imagined, with many fresh fruits, omelettes to order, cereals, yogurts, breads, 2 fresh juice choices & delicious Colombian coffee with heated milk was available. The staff working in the restaurant was always so accommodating & friendly. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, I get hungry & I could always go downstairs to the hotel lobby, where they have a nice selection of sandwiches & pizzas (which they gladly heated for me). There’s lots of beverage options & chips & chocolates, etc. Security is always present on the street level, as you enter the hotel, & they ensure the security of guests & staff without being intrusive. The security staff is also very polite, but efficient at what they need to do, in order to ensure everyone’s safety. This hotel is spotlessly clean with a phenomenal cleaning staff. Sometimes I would leave my room around dinner time and they would still clean my room spotlessly & they would change the sheets for me whenever I requested. The hotel appears to be a very new & a modern building. I think they just celebrated their 2nd anniversary here. On the street level, located inside this hotel building, is a bakery called Tostao’ Cafe & Pan. Everything there is delicious & all of the pastries are very French! Next-door (still inside & on the street level of the Ibis Budget Itagüí building) is a delicious & comfortable family restaurant called Burrata, which is owned by a husband & wife & their little boy. The food is delicious, with a daily menu of the freshest ingredients & tast

We stayed one week as I am Colombia and my husband is not and was a little shy to stay at my mothers house around the corner. Picked because of the reviews and location. Room was comfortable, although even if you have your dnd they will come in and turnoff the ac. Fridge never refilled. You have to ask for water at reception but beware if the restaurant is closed they will have none. I’ve travelled extensively and both my husband and I work in hotels. This is the first hotel to ever call you every day at 8:55 am to tell you breakfast is about to end, and if you would like your order brought up. I mean someone else might like that, but we hated it!!! I understand the guy thought he was doing a favor and yes maybe 2 days out of the 7 but Jesus! Don’t do that. Shower comfortable however they don’t have conditioner and you must call down for a blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and we were in the largest suite on the top floor. However the ac is placed in a location where when turned on it blows directly at the bed! It’s impossible to sleep like that as you will need it on blast to cool the room since they have turned it off for you and it’s so directly on you that you will get sick. Now I had three things that have gone missing from my room. One of which was a pink purse. Luckily it was a Nine West purse and not one of my very expensive Gucci purses. This I called the reception on the same day as check out to first ask them if I had left it behind, not only were they very defensive about it but also offensive. The receptionist ( gentleman) said oh you sure you didn’t drop it as i seen you leave with so much stuff. And he also said why would you just bring it up now. Mind you I made this call about one hour after checking out. I said to him because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my bag. The purse was placed next to my sneakers which were the exact same color. Now you see I would just think that it got tangled up with the sheets, but one thing occurred which made me think something was not right. On one day, I took the end off the door since the waiter brought up our food. We stayed late in bed watching tv and sleeping. Someone opened our door with no knock. I quickly rushed to see who it was and it was the hotel manager. She said ohhh I’m sorry I didn’t know someone was staying in this room I’m so sorry. Now I work in hotels and know two things. The hotel manger always knows when a guest is in their highest paying room, and hotel managers always knock. Also this was through the middle of our stay. They hotel managers office is directly across from our room. They knew. My bag was also opened and a blue adidas body suit was stolen as well as a pair of white stretchy jeans. I only noticed this maybe two or three days ago when I recalled o had packed them and wanted to wear them. My husband and I were going to return to this hotel due to the convenience, however I never received a call back with a resolution as they said they would.
