Ein tolles Hotel! Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir angemeldet waren, wurden wir mit großer Sorgfalt behandelt. Das Personal ist professionell und willkommen. Die Zimmer waren groß und hatten komfortable Betten (in Mexiko, Betten sind in der Regel extra fest, aber nicht hier. Sie waren sehr komfortable), viele Wandausgänge und USB-Ladehäfen. Der Pool war immer gut gepflegt und mit Poolseitensitze, Handtüchern und einem schönen Fitnessraum vor dem Pool ausgestattet. Das Frühstück im Buffetstil war wirklich gut ... neben den üblichen Frühstücksartikeln, sie bieten auch Chilaquiles, Bohnen, Soßen, Birria und Pan dulce. Das Hotelpersonal trug Gesichtsmaske und folgte den Vorsichtsmaßnahmen des COVID im gesamten Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen der Stadt. Nahe dem Wasser, Schritte von großen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars entfernt. Dies wird mein GO-to-hotel in Ensenada sein!

Seit unserer Ankunft war ihr Service sehr außergewöhnlich. Schnell einchecken, sauberes Zimmer (jeden Tag), alle Anfragen oder Fragen wurden fast sofort erfüllt. Und vor allem fühlen Sie sich willkommen und zeigen eine Art von Bedeutung. Das war ein Problem in anderen Touristenhotels, die wir schon zu Besuch waren, wo wir für ihren amerikanischen Gast etwas oder Verachtung haben scheinen. Nun, NICHT hier. Dieser Ort ist großartig. Große Lage direkt im touristischen Bereich Ensenada, mit einem intelligenten & Finale einen Block entfernt. Und der beste Teil unseres Aufenthalts waren die freundlichen Worte und großartige Ratschläge von Janeth auf der Frontdesk. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt hier viel Wert gebracht. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr für Paare und Familien.

Big family trip, we booked several rooms/hotels in area in advance for a big birthday celebration, ours was Casa Del Sol. Drove up to car jam blocking the road, learned their parking is down the street away from the property... As we have young kids in the car, I got out to try to check in to get out of the traffic jam, seemed ok with no one in line at the counter, but the welcome was ”how many kids are with you?” Followed by ”ages?” Next, ”$30 per child per night”... for my 4 year old and 5 month old? ... got better with ”all have to wear these wrist bands your entire stay.” I was agitated with my family still in the car/street with other cars trying to check in blocking the road, being charged $30 per child per night when website clearly states children 6 and under free so I asked for management to explain my frustration and I finally said, ”ok, charge me whatever you want, I just want to park and check in” and the response was...”let's cancel your reservation.” I responded with that is ”unnecessary, again charge me what you need, I just want my kids out of the car.” Ultimately, I was not charged the $30 per child per night, was given the wristbands, but did not have to wear them unless at the pool which we did not go to because we were in the rooms that you have to walk onto the main street to go to away from the main property (try to not get one of those 32-44), cleaning and security staff was very nice and professional, and my family treated well even by the manager who threatened to cancel us (I just no longer wanted to engage after being threatened to have our reservation cancelled; at least it made a funny story for the trip.) If you are ok with parking being down the street and through an alley, a potential $30 per child (which they did not charge), wristbands, avoid rooms 32-44 also down the street (same direction as parking), and don't complain to management because they might threaten to cancel your reservation (definitely opportunity for improvement with hospitality/customer-service training), then this is a very well located and clean hotel with nice cleaning and security staff. Terrible check-in and parking situation, but great location and it's clean... so average rating for the sake of the nice staff? I had hoped for more giving this place a chance, but there are other options in the same area that do have parking, all rooms are onsite, and have never threatened to turn us onto the street if we have concerns.

Das ist das zweite Mal, dass wir in den letzten Wochen in der Villa Marina verblieben. Das letzte Mal war das Zimmer schrecklich runter und das Hotel-Clerk sagte mir, jedes Zimmer wurde nur eine Flasche Wasser pro Besuch erlaubt. Jedes Hotel WE BESUCHE IN BAJA GEFREICHT FREI WASSER. Tapwasser ist nicht trinkbar. wir haben ein Haus in BAJA. wir reisen regelmäßig nach Ensenada und auch nach Baja Sur (südlich von Baja). Das WC im Badezimmer befindet sich in einem kleinen kleinen Alcove. es ist unmöglich Sie müssen sich auf der Seite, nicht auf der Vorderseite setzen. Das wäre ILLEGAL IN DEN USA. Es gibt eine nette kleine Bar im Hotellobby. wir waren dort ein paar Mal. die Bartenderin hat uns zu viel auf einen Rechnung belastet, so dass bei unserem nächsten Besuch wir fragten, wie viel mein Controly-Liquor war. Sie sagte uns 70 pesos danach Nach unserem Beschwerden hat sie die Rechnung reduziert. Ich habe gerade eine Flasche dieses Likörs bei COSTCO gekauft, es kostet 112.72 Peso für eine 1-Liter-Flasche. WOW. Dieser Bartender sollte entlassen werden. Ich hoffe, der Barbesitzer nimmt die Rezepte und Bargeld auf. Un hotel con las 3B, bueno bonito y barato. Andaba buscando un hotel no tan caro pero remodelado porque ya me han tocado espantos en esta ciudad. Un plus, tiene restaurante el cual está muy rico, allí hacen un buen menudo en fin de semana. En lo general las habitaciones me parecen buenas por lo que pagas, están remodeladas, tienen internet y lo que ocupas si vas de negocios como yo. Definitivamente en mis primeras opciones por la cercanía al centro y demás cosas.

Great location room was good tv desk and chair available bed was comfortable the pool area was very spacious and clean good to relax the room had a tv and towels the bathrooms were clean,theres a restaurant on site and parking I would stay here again

Located in South Ensenada, the lovely Estero Beach Hotel and Resort has something for everyone. There’s a beautiful hotel and a fantastic restaurant. The Sunday brunch is great and has a large selection that should please most everyone. During the summer there’s live music on the weekends and at the Sunday brunch. We love the band that plays at night. They are great to dance to or just to relax and listen to. The staff at the resort are wonderful and very friendly. They work hard on the upkeep of the grounds and hotel and are very helpful with any requests you may have. It’s also a very safe resort and they limit access to the grounds to patrons of the hotel, restaurant and those lucky residents that call this place home. There’s also day passes for those that wish to use the facilities for a small fee. The hotel rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Our favorites are ocean facing and have small outdoor patios to enjoy our morning coffees. If you’re active, there's great tennis courts, a new pickleball court and a volleyball court to enjoy. If you have a boat, jet skis or other water toys the on-site boat ramp definitely helps to make your vacation a fun experience. But, if you just want to relax on the beach or pool side look no further. There’s a swimming beach with no waves and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool area at the hotel is one of the best features. There’s a large beautiful pool with two hot tubs and a poolside café that has drinks and snacks. There’s plenty of lounge chairs, so it’s a fun place to spend a lot of time to just relax and enjoy the sun. One of our favorite things to do is just walk along the malecon and the lovely grounds and at the end of day just take in the stunning sunsets. You cannot beat the seaside views of the bay. All in all, we highly recommend the Estero Beach Hotel and Resort. We are never disappointed and always look forward to our stays.
