Luxurious resort "Borgo di Gaiole", terraced. 40 apartments in the property. 500 m from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, in the residential district, area with little traffic. For shared use: swimming pool secured (27 x 9 m, 15.04.-30.09.). Outdoor shower. In the house: fitness room, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bakery 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre.
