Premier Inn Halifax Town Centre

I stayed for one night. The room was not very clean and I was left with one bath towel room. Unfortuntalkey ths cleaner had not repaced this form the previos guest who has wiped their backside on the towel ! disgusting.. I had booked the food package but there was not enought staff on and was advised it would be over 1hr 30mins wait for food even thigh the restaurant was 1/3rd full.

I was met with outstanding service I came for a 3 day stay for my birthday beginning of March I felt comfortable staying in a new place and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere given by staff members. I’d like to mention sana who was a extremly sweet young lady who took care of me through out the course of my stay she recommended me to have breakfast in bed and it was a wonderful experience I enjoyed to the fullest. The room was cleaned and tidy everyday and the house keepers were also very helpful I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Halifax will be back again soon

Sani was wonderful!!! Went above and beyond, gave me information about the area, very friendly! Would definitely recommend………… in fact, they were all very, very helpful and friendly… even the staff in the morning literally couldn’t do enough

Friendly, clean, efficient with a restaurant staffed by a very welcoming and helpful team, this is a great place to stay if you're in town. It's a bit of a walk from the rail station, but worth it. It's well situated for Halifax itself. Choose a room well away from the lift: they're the quietist.

Very modern hotel in Halifax city Centre, very close to the bus station and train station. The hotel I pay 57 pounds which was good value for money on a Friday night very easy to book online. Only small issue I had was when I was checking out there was no one on the reception desk I waited for 5 min and no one was there so I just put cards in the box and lefted. They need to have a receptionist on the desk all times I think they was in the office and just looking at cctv to see if anyone was there. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and have everything you will need when you visit Halifax in West Yorkshire. The hotel just need usb sockets in all rooms

Couldn't check in until 3pm even though the room was ready. Huge queue at 3pm, one member of staff flapping, making excuses of being short staffed, but only one computer anyway so not sure what another member of staff could have done. Self check in kiosk wasn't working Had to pay £12 on arrival - card machine wasn't working and was asked for ID to pay cash.... For £12!! He proceeded to scrutinise the ID back and forth, much to the amusement of other guest in the queue who were.actually laughing - my passport doesn't get checked with that much scrutiny at passport control, it was ridiculous..all the while stating 'company policy's. Your policies and staff are moronic. Never staying again . Completely wasted my time and missed the start of our film we had planned. Also told we didn't have to book breakfast, could just turn up, which we did nice and early, first ones there and was greeted with a sullen face because we hadn't booked and he had 150 people to serve that morning - I can't beat people whinging about their workload but still allowing you in - you either can't fit us in, or take our orders with the grace a server should give.
