Wir wurden Zimmer 30 im dritten Stock gegeben und es gibt keine Aufzug nur Treppen. Es wurde keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar gesagt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Toilette war kontinuierlich laufen und gefärbt, so dass es so lange wie das war. Der Duschekopf würde nicht aufstehen. Der heiße Tape war alle scharf im Pool. Das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Die Fliesen wurden in der Dusche geplackt. Wir klachten und wurden in ein größeres Zimmer 27 verschoben, aber der Kühlschrank in diesem Zimmer machte eine schreckliche vibratorische Lärm die ganze Nacht. Der Fernklimaanlage funktionierte nicht in Zimmer 27, so konnte nur beim Schalter aus- und ausschaltet und konnte nicht Zeit einstellen. Es gab keinen Toaster oder Mikrowelle in jedem der Zimmer. Nur 2 Kegel und zwei kleine Kunststoff-Tassen. Die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie sie online abgebildet werden und sind sehr alt und müde und fehlende Reparaturen. Wir haben $144 für eine Nacht gezahlt und zuvor $105 pro Nacht für ein Zimmer in einer Weise besser als diese ohne Probleme und viel sauberer. Würde nicht zu diesem Preis empfehlen oder wenn Sie schlafen wollen ohne Träger Toiletten, Taschen und lauten Kühlschränke. Es gab komplimentarische Flaschen Wasser. Das war nur plus. Sehr enttäuscht und würde nicht zurück oder empfehlen.

Ich bleibe hier mit meiner 92-jährigen Großmutter und sie liebte das Zimmer-Layout und als ich den Manager fragte, ob ich etwas für sie in der Dusche bekommen könnte (wie sie Probleme hat, in Duschen auszugleichen) Sie bieten die Kunststoff-Stühle für sie, so dass sie in sie sitzen konnte. (Es war nicht nötig, aber der große Kundenservice war noch sehr geschätzt) Danke

I recently stayed at Route 66 Motor Inn for a business trip. On arrival, the complex itself is fairly basic and needs a bit of attention. It has an on-site restaurant, a small pool, laundry facilities and a horseshoe arrangement of 30-40+ rooms. Each room has a designated carpark outside of it with a single chair by the door. It feels very much like a workers camp. I stayed in a queen bedroom studio apartment. Opening the door, there was a musty smell however this dissipated quickly once inside. You walk straight into the ”kitchen area” which comprises of a sink, 2 sets of cutlery, plates, wine glasses, glasses, cleaning equipment, toaster, kettle and 3/4 sized fridge. You do get complimentary tea and coffee, biscuits and water. This little area is tiled but the rest of the room is carpeted. It is sorta clean but not spotless. The carpets are worn, the bedspread is aging and the furniture has seen better days. They have squashed a lot of furniture into a little place. Imagine a dining table for 2 people, a desk and 2 dining chars, build in wardrobe, 2 tub chairs and the queen sized bed that is most likely a double bed, 2 bedside tables into a small 3 x 3 room - It has everything you need for a basic stay but is very tight. No way you could fit 2 people in there. In my room I had a sliding glass door at the end of the room and a window to open. All windows/doors had security screens which makes you feel ”safer” in the area you are in. There is a patio but there is a big sign on the sliding door telling you to be careful because people lock themselves on their patios. Looking out at the patio - it wouldn't be a pleasant experience. It has 1 chair and not much space and is basically a place to smoke even though the compendium tells you not to smoke anywhere you can drag cigarette smoke into the unit. Outside on the patio there are some basic screens to stop the neighbour entering your unit but you can see right through them. It would be a PIA to be locked out there and climb over them though. The view is a concrete wall... I'm also thinking an inexperienced male might have done the interior decorating because they thought throw pillows would give the room a ”classy appeal” so if you like little pillows - this room is for you! The bed...well the bed has seen better days. I haven't felt springs in my back like that for a few years but you can find a spot (if you are alone) to be comfortable. Pillows were nice and fluffy though! The camp site workers have spoken as there is quite a big plasma tv on the wall with austar basic channels. The microwave is a bit strange so I just pressed a few buttons and hoped for the best and my meals were cooked. It does some weird steaming function I'm not sure about. Wifi was fairly good. The bathroom was modern and thank goodness - it had no shower curtain!!!! That is a huge plus in my book. I stopped in for an overnight on my drive From Tully to Roma. The access is very good just off the Highway. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. If you are looking for a spot for a rest on your travels I would highly Recommend Dooley’s.

Really nice and clean rooms. Nice bathroom and lovely presentation. Parking available and easy access. Went based on previous good reviews and they were right. Interesting history relating to the town as well so I read up on it. Management was wonderful and helpful! What can I say…I will return! Thanks!
