Boca Olas Resort und Blu Restaurant (und andere Orte El Tunco) haben die gleiche Eigentumsrechte wie Roca Sunzal Resort und der Flughafentransferführer des Resorts haben diese auf dem Weg von SAL gesprochen. Die Broschüre des Zimmers hatte eine Karte (photo) in der zeigte die vielleicht 75% versiegelte Walkweg, die die drei Orte verbindet. Entlang der Straße gab es gute Ansichten von El Tunco Rock (ein Schwein oder seine Schlachtkörper auf seiner Rückseite), beliebte Surfpausen und andere touristische Orte. Das Hotel wurde von der Stadt El Tunco mit dem Hotel El Tunco gepflegt. Es war nicht billig (~100 $ pro Nacht für 2 Personen mit Frühstück), aber es war eine hochwertige, sichere Operation. Obwohl es am Wochenende überflüssig war, wurde der Pool für Gäste - regelmäßig überflutet durch Flüge von Pelikanen - gut gepflegt. Die Ankunft war gerade vor El Salvador wegen des Virus geschlossen zu werden. Nachdem die Schließereinigungs- und Wartungspersonal Maske tragen, hatte das Restaurant nur für Nicht-Gäste abgenommen, wurde der Zimmerpreis für längere Aufenthalte ermäßigt, und nur die Ortsbewohner scheinen um.
