My initial interaction with the front desk staff left a negative impression as it was unhelpful, and I was asked to pay for a half-day rate for just a few early check-in hours. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I encountered the second staff member at the front desk, FAKRI. He was incredibly helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I strongly recommend that the hotel management prioritize customer satisfaction and flexibility in their policies.
Thanks to FAKRI's outstanding customer service, I am inclined to give this hotel a five-star rating. I urge the management to place a greater emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel has some issues with the Internet connection on the third floor, where it is weak and slow. It would be beneficial for them to address this issue. Furthermore, having more than one key card for the room would be convenient if there are multiple guests in the room.
On a positive note, the restaurant service and food quality are excellent, adding to the overall positive experience during my stay
