"This Riad is a delightful place to stay. It is not in the old part of the town and, from the outside, looks quite ordinary. It is approached down a narrow alley, through a small traditional doorway, and suddenly you are inside an oasis of tranquilly and charm. There are trees in the large, cool, central courtyard which is beautifully decorated. The rooms are on the first and second floors and are also delightfully decorated. Because there were no suitable restaurants nearby we decided to eat in the Riad. It was a good choice. The food was excellent and they easily coped with the fact that half our party were vegetarian and one gluten intolerant. It is a delightful place to stay."

Das Personal war weder gut noch schlecht, aber sie haben uns seltsam angestarrt – so wie wenn man eine Bar betritt, plötzlich alle verstummen und einen nur ansehen. Wir haben uns dadurch sehr unwohl gefühlt und haben das Hotel deshalb früher als geplant verlassen."

"I spent two nights at this lovely boutique hotel in January of this year.It was perfect.This place has lots of character.My room was large and clean and opened onto a beautiful terrace with a great view of the river.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast was included in the price and it was perfect....I booked dinned for each night and it was more than I could eat....I want to mention the staff-the owners David and Karima as well as Annas who handled check-in and who was kind enough to carry my luggage to the taxi on the afternoon I was leaving,Houssine and Youenes....This place is top class....Worth returning to...I am happy to give it 10 out of 10."

I had the chance to stay at this place recently and I notice an inconceivable regression in the services provided by this hotel, a quality which is deteriorating from day to day and this is explained by administrative management which leaves many questions asked about its work and its role. note remarks on the work of the so-called director who never ceases to treat the staff like employees on his farm: yelling in the corridors shouting orders in all directions without saying that the summer visitors are coming to rest. I really put in questions the choice and the criteria on which the managers relied to put in place a person who pitifully and horribly manages a hotel of such scale and Remarks which are confirmed by making an overview of the lamentable quality linked to the catering service of the supposedly very miserable dishes a very very modest breakfast buffet for 65 dhs....???? A situation linked to poor management despite the efforts made by Ms. Hajar. Very urgent measures must be put in place and taken quickly for good management, starting with the management which is leading the hotel to premature decline..."

"Das La Sultana in Oualidia ist ein wundervolles Paradies zum Ausspannen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Service grossartig! Auch im Restaurant wurde man hervorragend bedient, Sonderwünsche, die nicht auf der Karte waren, waren gar kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch. Das Spa klein aber schön. Aktivitäten (z.Bsp. Surfen) wurden super einfach organisiert und die Tasche mit Handtüchern und Wasser stand parat. Zusätzlich muss man das Super Engagement der Rezeption / des Concierge für alle Sonderanfragen hervorheben."

"Out of the way quant little place with a big personality. Great staff, speak English and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and AC works. Only gripe that the towels in the room are the same towels for the pool. Would have given them excellent if they had pool towels. Restaurant is good with lots of space and wide variety menu. Parking lot is just off the main road but very safe even for a motorbike. Note its a very traditional Moroccan place and is supported very much by locals in the area so no alcohol is sold on the premises, but they have cold drinks and juices. Water was supplied FOC when we arrived."
