The service was great !!! Receptionists were just so courteous the whole process was pretty straight forward and we were on our way to the rooms (if you have a friend who looks like a famous singer they will upgrade you !! Who would have known ) btw they upgraded to the rooms with a porch and a crazy view of the cities lagoon !! The bed is comfortable , the whole situation was so nice , breakfast was full of goods and a classic to Israeli cuisine !! Awesome !!

Das letzte Mal, dass ich am Dan Panorama Eilat war, war 2019, Pre Pandemic. Wirklich, ich war nicht sicher, was zu erwarten. Ich war nicht enttäuscht. Wir beginnen mit der Eincheckung. Ich bin am Hotel um 10 Uhr angekommen. Aufgrund der neuen App, die das Dan Hotel hat, konnte ich bereits einchecken. Mit der Verbindung zum Hotel, war der Rezeptor, der es tun musste, mir meinen Schlüssel zu geben. Nach einem langen Flug und einer langen Fahrt zum Hotel, das war genau das, was ich brauchte, als ich zum Hotel kam. Auch der Empfänger auf der Pflicht war freundlich, professionell und freundlich. Essen- Das Frühstück im Essensraum ist sehr gut. Sie haben etwas für alle. Verschiedene Fische, Käse und Gemüse. Sie haben auch viele verschiedene Arten von Eiern, Pandecken, Getreide und Gemüse. Ich persönlich liebe die Früchte. Ich habe auch im Hotel-Dinnerraum gegessen. Sie hatten eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln für alle. Ich persönlich dachte, die zwischengeschalteten Burger, die sie hatten, waren absolut erstaunlich. Das Zimmer - ich buchte ein Terrasse-Ebene-Zimmer. Es kommt mit einer großen Terrasse und Jacuzzi. Als die Sonne aufstieg und setzte, war die Terrasse ein toller Ort zu sein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Exekutivlounge - Zusammen mit dem Terrasse-Ebene Zimmer kam Zugriff auf die Exekutivlounge. Hier ist ein toller Ort, um sich nach einem großen Tourtag zu entspannen. Obwohl die Auswahl nicht viel, was sie haben ist gut. Auch haben sie Artikel in der Küche, die sie nicht wie Suppen und Pasta ausgelegt werden. Die Pilzkäse ravioli, die ich hatte war aus dieser Welt. Service- Es war ein Problem, das passierte während meines Aufenthalts. Aber nachdem das Hotel darüber gehört hatte, war ich immateriell von Ruet of Guest Services kontaktiert und sie hat die Situation mit dem größten Professionalität bearbeitet. Dafür danke ich ihr! Das einzige Ratstück, das ich habe, ist, dass das Hotel bestimmte Zeiten im Hotel neu bewerten sollte. Zum Beispiel öffnet sich das Essenszimmer um 7:30 Uhr. Dies ist ein bisschen spät, wenn Ihr Tag früh startet. Die Exekutivlounge schließt um 9 Uhr. Das scheint ein bisschen früh zu sein. Das sind nur Vorschläge und sollten nicht als irgendeine Art von Kritik gesehen werden. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wunderbare Zeit im Hotel und werde sicher zurückkehren.

Das Hotel selbst ist angemessen und in einem guten Bereich und alle großen Gebiete von Eilat sind zugänglich, mit Geschäften und Restaurants gut in der Spazierweiterung des Hotels. Das Zimmer war angemessen und recht groß und alle in den Zimmern waren gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war auch schön mit einer breiten Vielfalt und gut vorgestellt. Wo war das Hotel kurz. Als unser Zimmer serviert wurde, wurden die Duvets nicht gemacht, sondern nur über die Maternen, die nicht überhaupt gefeuert wurden. Die Hauptsache und es ist einfach zu reparieren, die Mitarbeiter waren brutal, uninteressant und kaum lächelten. Ich würde sagen, sie schüttelten mehr als alles. Die freundlichste Person war das Front Desk, aber die Dame, die um Ihre Zimmernummer für das Frühstück bat, war buchstäblich so brutal, ich war schockiert. Die andere negative war die Parkplatz für das Hotel und die Rezeption außerhalb des Hotels waren flüchtig. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von Klima und ist nichts für das Hotel.

In short hotel is fine... just fine... But those looking for a real review, there are highs and lows. Highs: The staff is friendly and they are everywhere, cleaning the pool, the buffet area and the rooms (our housekeeper on the 11th floor, I think his name was Mohamed, was amazing!!) The pool is big and towels are plentiful even when it is busy. Drink and food prices by the pool are reasonable for a resort. High but reasonable. There is a small convenience store just to the side of the hotel where you can buy cold drinks to take to the room. The AC works well, except when you are asleep and the motion detector clicks the AC off and you wake up sweating and need to wave your arms around for the AC to kick back on. Towels were fresh and clean. Lows: The food is just not good. It is pretty and plentiful but has no taste. (there were 2 items in 4 days that we loved. The spicy fish on Friday and the Bahn rolls with Asado on Saturday). Besides that everything needed salt and flavor. The ”chef” who cut the salad was super nice and made everything fresh. The hotel is old, old, old... Hot in the elevators, much of the old areas that used to be cool are closed down, even when it was packed. The floors are clean but look old. Rooms are again, old but clean. The buffet area, again, old and clean. You just can't keep the old and clean for 25 years, hotels need renovation. Check-in takes forever. Most people come in on Thursday or Sunday. Put another few people on the check-in for the busy hours... come on people...service!! Lifeguards - there are 3 that I saw but only 1 actually did anything. One of the guards was 100% sleeping while on duty. And one guard for 2 pools is never enough. All of it could be so much better if the food was good. We would even overlook the old rooms and public areas. But eating there breakfast and dinner for 3 days, we just felt that we had to leave on the forth night for dinner. Couldn't take the blah anymore. If you are looking for a great restaurant try La Cucina, just down the boardwalk. Oh - one more thing. We had 90+ people in our group and the hotel wouldn't set us all up in one area for Shabbat dinner on Friday. So much of the benefit of being together is doing Shabbat together. What's the big deal? You have a company paying so much to bring their people and you can't find us a corner to reserve for one evening? That's just bad business. For that reason, more than anything else, we will not return to Herods. if a company doesn't want our business we will take it elsewhere.

Die schlechte Erfahrung in Elat Caesar vor der Nacht wurde am nächsten Tag früh auf Neptune übertragen. Das Personal ist enthusiastisch empfangen. Obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht vollständig bereit ist, haben die enthusiastischen Rezeption-Personal uns zuerst die Unterkunft geholfen und informiert uns, dass das Zimmer bereit ist, nachdem es angerufen wird, dass das Zimmer zwar nicht groß ist, aber sehr sauber ist. Unterhalb gibt es einen großen Pool und einen privaten Strand. Weil der Strand des Roten Meeres wirklich ein düsterer Fuß ist, haben wir am Ende das Hotelpoolbad schwimmen gewählt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Hotel ist sehr nah an einem Busstopp. Ich musste am Freitag vor dem Samstag zurück nach Tel Aviv.

Es un hotel muy básico. Como punto positivo en la recepción tienes las 24 horas una cafetera para poder hacerte el café como desees gratis y dispensadores de agua.
