Lovely room - very good service in reception and restaurant. Easy to find and a retail park nearby for some shopping

Great customer service; polite and efficient personnel. Really liked the whole vibe of the place.

Good overnight stop

Very quick and easy check in and immediately after entering the room, reception called to ask if we was happy with the room which i thought was nice. Room was very clean and quiet. Reception were very polite. Would definitely stay again.

Had no heat in my room management not that bothered slept in my clothes as was that cold. And no tv

Great location and hotel facilities. The double bed was too small which is unusual for hotels.

Needs closing for complete refurbishment. Staff do their best but rooms and corridors very tired. Been painted over (including light switches ). Bar and breakfast area on closer inspection is filthy (dust, food stains and spillages, crumbs don’t cleaned).bed and mattresses uncomfortable. It’s a right dump.

Was easy to book in,staff friendly and polite, quite and peaceful just what was needed.room service good..food very tasty.

A little remote so would need a car and then you can be on the A12 in 5 minutes.

I have stayed in this hotel and found it very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. The only negative comment I have is that it is very dark outside the hotel in the car park. I am in my 70s and had to walk from the top end of the car park to reception. I had to use the light on my phone to see where I was going.

This hotel is a bus servuce hotel. Most , not i in this catogiry of travelker have money and ability tp nake tge accoubt right. The bus not cars. Ssy 3 small busses and tge interlink to tge cuty asude on tge main rd. That is money not a car park. Or facikity for. I just bought it is a red carpet to ypur car. It is what it is. A better place with busses. Cheers
