This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food, a cozy bar area and even karaoke on Saturday nights!
