Pluses: The staff behaved very professionally, kindly, and respectfully. The consumables in the room are supplemented daily (minus the toilet paper which they forgot to put in two days). Cleaning is done daily. Very dedicated lifeguards. Disadvantages-Cons: The beach is very poorly maintained and not at all clean, the sand is full of pebbles, sticks, stones, and other rubbish. The room is very small for a family with a child. There is no wardrobe in the double room, just a few shelves. There is no balcony, very difficult to dry bathing suits and towels. For children under 12 months, there is NO salt/sugar-free food and no blender available for baby pureeing. Drinks on the beach and in the lobby were self-service, only from dispensers and coffee from espresso machines. They are not even higher quality drinks, they are from the cheap range, a lot of water and bubbles... Beer and wine of one kind... I would have felt that I was all-inclusive if a bartender would at least prepare a cocktail or a frappé without costing 25 lei for a cocktail made with the same drinks included. You would expect to have at least an à la carte restaurant for the money paid. At the bar on the beach, you could only find wine at the one by the pool, and if you wanted a strong drink, only at the hotel. The espresso machines were always without water, milk, or coffee. I found sour milk twice in the cooler in the lobby. The bathroom on the beach is a source of infection, extremely small compared to the number of tourists. A lady asked for a "2 lei fee" for people who were not all-inclusive. The bathroom in the room has no window. Just a very noisy fan. There was always the smell of cigarettes and sewer. The playground is designed as a business for the hotel, all the games were with chips for which you paid 10 lei/90 seconds. Other toys were defective and endangered the safety of the children The water in the outdoor pool is very cold, and the indoor pool costs 50 lei/4 hours per person over 3 years old, considering that you pay over 1500 euros, cover per face. The parking lot is small and we had to pay the security guard for a parking space. I was also disappointed with the litoralulromanesc agency after I found out that I paid double 7,600 lei for the stay, compared to another client of the dances who purchased the stay for 4,000 lei a month before me. In conclusion, I will never go on vacation to the Romanian coast again.
