Some of the text I tried to send ********** to ask for help… I have an issue - and I tried to talked to the guesthouse - but they would not give me any service and would not meet our request... I was in contact with them in advance to change the reservation to one night shorter and tried to ask for some of the money back - but they would not help us. They said it was not possible, even though I know it is. I work in a hotel my self, and I know its possible - we do for our guests - service is important. Service is everything! I saw too late the deadline was 1.th june, but I tried to contact the hotel and asked nicely, just few days after the limit - did not get very nicely reply. During the stay they did not give daily service of changing towels and glasses, did not make our bed or filled up with amenities coffee.. - did not even take out the trash-bin.. The bathroom was not at the standard we expected, small and not clean… terrible noisy shower-arrangement, as a tornado was coming.. (I deeply apologise for the time we had to spend in the shower, to our neighbours…) Pillows like bricks, so we had to change them due to neck-problems after the first night… A bit far from the centre of the town, so great if you wanna have some extra exercise added to the stairs at the guest house.. I would really much aprecciate the host met us with the service of not taking paid for the night we didn’t spend in the guesthouse… In the end I was just happy to leave… we had told the guesthouse in advance - they could give the service… they just not wanted to do that…. Not very polite… Please reply………. (They did not even reply, when I tried to contact them again after the stay……)
